★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para que fizessem uma revisão na suspensão e freio do carro. Fizeram um diagnóstico e "trocaram" as peças. Peguei o carro, na mesma semana o carro apresentou problemas que ele não tinha, como ruídos e estalos quando girava o volante.
Notifiquei a oficina e relatei o caso. O proprietário da oficina deu uma volta comigo no veículo e relatou que seria o Coxim dianteiro (Peça que foi trocada com base no primeiro diagnóstico deles) quando certifiquei que eles haviam trocado a peça. Pediram pra eu levar o veículo novamente e "ajeitaram".
09/08/2021 eu peguei o veículo pela a segunda vez na oficina e menos de um mês de conserto o veículo estar apresentando novamente os estalos.
Em resumo, havia conversado com alguns amigos que já levaram os seus veículos a mesma oficina e todos afirmaram que sempre que levavam, consertavam o carro mas vinha com outro defeito !
Vou levar em consideração que quando levei o meu carro a segunda vez para a oficina, estromparam duas porcas e um parafuso dianteiro meu, e não me ressarciram.
Perderam um cliente que seria totalmente fiel a oficina e faço questão de compartilhar o ocorrido para que os demais não se deparem com essa situação.
Gastei R$ 1.200,00 reais.

I notified the workshop and reported the case. The shop owner took a ride with me in the vehicle and reported that it would be the Front Cushion (Part that was replaced based on their first diagnosis) when I made sure they had replaced the part. They asked me to take the vehicle again and "fixed".
09/08/2021 I took the vehicle for the second time at the workshop and less than a month after repairs the vehicle is showing again the cracks.
In short, I had talked to some friends who had already taken their vehicles to the same garage and they all said that whenever they did, they fixed the car but it came with another defect!
I'll take into account that when I took my car the second time to the shop, they crashed two nuts and a front bolt of mine, and they didn't pay me back.
They lost a customer who would be totally loyal to the workshop and I make a point of sharing what happened so that the others don't come across this situation.
I spent R$1,200.00 reais.
