Foi um local onde o atendimento um dia foi bom. As três últimas vezes que levei meu carro lá, não fui atendido e nem se interessaram ao menos de saber o que estava acontecendo. Da última vez, cheguei as 12h, pediram pra voltar as 13h, cheguei as 13:15, 13:45 subiram o varro no elevador, quando o mecânico ficou avaliando, ainda com muita dúvida no que estava acontecendo com o carro. Detectou amortecedores, sendo que alguns meses atrás, a própria loja já tinha trocado os amortecedores traseiro. Então, relataram que era o amortecedores dianteiro. Eu como proprietário, mostrei um vazamento para o mecânico, pois nem isso percebeu. Mandei fazer o orçamento, foi quando nesse período, recebeu uma ligação que iria receber um reboque com um corola, en plena 15h. Quando o reboque chegou, disseram que não dava mais tempo consertar o meu carro, sendo que tinha ido as 12h, voltei as 13:15 e não consertaram meu carro, porque segundo eles, estava tarde. Desceram meu carro do elevador e logo em seguuda, colocaram o corola. Ou seja, se esrava tarde, porque fizeram o serviço do carro que chegou as 15h? Fizeram acepção de carro e cliente. Trocaram o Siena, para consertar um corola. Hoje, encontrei um outro local de qualidade e que o meu serviço saiu bem mais em conta que nesse local. Resumindo, atendimento péssimo.

Last time, I arrived at 12pm, asked to return at 1pm, I arrived at 1:15 pm, 1:45 pm they went up the mud in the elevator, when the mechanic was evaluating, still with a lot of doubt about what was happening with the car. It detected shock absorbers, and a few months ago, the store itself had already changed the rear shock absorbers. Then, they reported that it was the front shock absorbers. I, as the owner, showed a leak to the mechanic, because even that didn't notice. I sent the budget, it was when in that period, he received a call that he would receive a trailer with a corolla, in full 15h. When the trailer arrived, they said there was no more time to fix my car, since it was 12 noon, I came back at 13:15 and they didn’t fix my car, because according to them, it was too late. They got my car out of the elevator and then immediately put the corolla on. In other words, if it goes late, why did you do the car service that arrived at 3 pm? They made sense of car and customer. They changed Siena to fix a corolla. Today, I found another quality place and that my service was much more affordable than in that place. In short, terrible service.
