★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um mini apartamento com eles, me entregaram o apartamento todo sujo e sem pintar . As paredes todas sujas. Entreguei o mesmo todo limpinho e organizado as paredes mais limpas de que quando entramos e eles estão querendo cobrar um absurdo de 800 reais por uma coisa que eles mesmo não entregaram pra eu morar.

I rented a mini apartment with them, they gave me the apartment all dirty and unpainted. The walls are all dirty. I delivered the same all clean and organized, the walls were cleaner than when we entered and they are wanting to charge an absurd 800 reais for something they didn't deliver for me to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com corretor e me interessei pelo imóvel, mas somente após a visita fui informada que havia um contrato na frente, corretor ficou de retornar com resposta a respeito da casa e até hoje, 3 semanas após estou aguardando resposta. Detalhe que a casa continua com placa de aluguel. Achei uma baita falta de atenção, Oi estão selecionando pra quem alugar o imóvel.
I contacted the broker and got interested in the property, but only after the visit was I informed that there was a contract ahead, the broker kept returning with an answer about the house and until today, 3 weeks later, I am waiting for a response.
