Ela tava fazendo umas pastas eu cheguei ela parou na hora me atendeu fui tirar uma uma dúvida ela foi atenciosa educada bem prestativa eu gostei muito. Senti falta de elas estarem usando crachá não vi utilização mas como ela foi cordial perguntei o nome dela. Gostei muito da recepcionista Luana. Foi ela que me atendeu quando cheguei lá. Bem educada e atenciosa.
 I was very well attended by the girl at the reception. She was making some folders I arrived she stopped when she answered me I went to ask a question she was polite and helpful I really liked it. I missed that they were wearing a badge, I didn't see it used but as she was cordial I asked her name. I really liked the receptionist Luana. She was the one who attended me when I got there. Very polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou ser muito honesta em minha avaliação... A recepção foi dentro dos conformes, a mocinha é bem boazinha e te atende de forma atenciosa. Já no momento da fotografia, senti como se a profissional (uma ruiva) estivesse me fazendo um favor, falava comigo de má vontade, ordenava que eu fizesse as coisas e não pedia com gentileza. Ela se irritou comigo, mas como sou muito tranquila eu não quis revidar a arrogância e ignorância e fui tolerante, talvez ela não estivesse em um bom dia. Ao menos para mim, esse foi um procedimento doloroso, desconfortável e com certeza eu estava fazendo o possível para sair dalí o quanto antes. A moça da tomografia foi tranquila, mas as meninas não são nada profissionais, falam super alto como se estivessem em uma roda de amigos. O resultado dos exames foi satisfatório, saíram antes do prazo e a retirada foi muito rápida, além da facilidade em receber os resultados por e-mail.
I will be very honest in my evaluation ... The reception was in accordance, the young lady is very good and attends you with attentive manner. At the time of the photograph, I felt as if the professional (a redhead) was doing me a favor, spoke to me grudgingly, ordered me to do things and did not ask with kindness. She was angry with me, but as I am very calm I did not want to fight back arrogance and ignorance and I was tolerant, maybe she was not having a good day. At least for me, this was a painful, uncomfortable procedure and I was certainly doing my best to get out of there as soon as possible. The girl from the CT scan was quiet, but the girls are not at all professional, they speak super loudly as if they were in a circle of friends. The results of the exams were satisfactory, they left before the deadline and the withdrawal was very fast, in addition to the ease in receiving the results by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamento de escaneamento só por whatsapp. Oka. Aí você manda mensagem no whatsapp, e ao invés de informarem as datas e horários disponíveis, eu tive que ficar falando que dia eu poderia e a pessoa dizendo que não tem essa data/horário. Uma conversa completamente maluca de eu chutando horários e o atendente negando um a um. Totalmente sem sentido! Tu fica à mercê do aparelho e da profissional que o opera, porque o tal do aparelho que faz o exame é itinerante então você que lute.
[Edit] Alterei a avaliação, porque depois de alguma insistencia, uma atendente com boa vontade me ajudou e no dia do exame fomos muito bem atendidos.
Scan scheduling only by whatsapp. Okay. Then you send a message on whatsapp, and instead of informing the available dates and times, I had to keep talking about what day I could and the person saying that they don't have that date/time. A completely crazy conversation of me kicking schedules and the attendant denying them one by one. Totally meaningless! You are at the mercy of the device and the professional who operates it, because the device that performs the exam is itinerant, so you have to fight.
[Edit] I changed the assessment, because after some insistence, an attendant willingly helped me and on the day of the exam we were very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica estava bem vazia quando fui. O atendimento foi muito rápido e extremamente cortês. Realizei uma radiografia panorâmica que ficou pronta com alta qualidade de maneira quase instantânea, sendo também enviada para meu médico.
The clinic was pretty empty when I went. The service was very quick and extremely courteous. I performed a panoramic x-ray which was ready with high quality almost instantly and was also sent to my doctor.

Mais de 2 horas esperando para fazer uma radiografia panorâmica sendo que não tinha tanta gente.
Pensem bem antes de ir e passa raiva.
Terrible, total disrespect.
More than 2 hours waiting to take a panoramic radiograph when there weren't so many people.
Think carefully before you go and get angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma tomografia no dia 17/03/2022. Tanto o profissional que realizou o exame, quanto as recepcionistas me informaram que o prazo para o envio ao dentista era de 7 dias úteis. Porém, passado este prazo, acionei o atendimento e informaram que o prazo é de 7 a 10 dias úteis. Precisam estar melhor informados sobre os reais prazo. Uma vez que o exame foi bem caro, e independente de ser pago ou não o básico que se espera em qualquer atendimento é que tenhamos informações coerentes e que se cumpram os prazos estipulados.
I had a CT scan on 3/17/2022. Both the professional who performed the exam and the receptionists informed me that the deadline for sending to the dentist was 7 working days. However, after this deadline, I called the service and they informed that the deadline is 7 to 10 business days. They need to be better informed about the real term. Since the exam was very expensive, and regardless of whether it was paid or not, the basic thing expected in any service is that we have coherent information and that stipulated deadlines are met.

Pessoas chegam e passam na sua frente... Uma bagunça... Toda hora mudam o seu tempo de espera. Eu nao volto nunca mais.
Terrible!!! If you want to be angry just come here!!! 2 hours to take a panoramic view.
People arrive and pass in front of you... A mess... Every time you change your waiting time. I'm never coming back.
