E mesmo retornando a ligação por três vezes foram informados de que não teriam sua demanda atendida. Por fim, bloquearam o número, evitando novas ligações. Achei de muito mal gosto, sem contar a falta de profissionalismo. Contra indico. Fica a dica aos usuários e o pedido aos profissionais que avaliam seus serviços.

PÉSSIMO atendimento, desde o atendimento ao telefone, com a funcionária sempre mal educada, impaciente e grossa, que já chegou a discutir comigo que o endereço da minha casa, onde eu moro há 27 anos, não existe, e vai até o serviço de táxi, que demora pra chegar até seu domicílio e consegue “não encontrar” um endereço numa cidade do tamanho de um ovo, como imperatriz.
Me espanto ainda existir essa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até que na primeira vez deu certo, mas na segunda vez que usei o serviço fui informada que eu teria que pagar o dobro da corrida do taxímetro, devido o aumento do preço do combustível, achei um absurdo a pessoa do radiotaxi dizer que tem que ganhar alguma coisa e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara quando questionei o valor dobrado, como se eu tivesse ganhando o salário dobrado, a culpa não pode ser descontada no cliente.
