Sai de casa no meio dessa PANDEMIA porque a mesma me informou que o procedimento que eu iria fazer a clínica aceitava pelo meu plano. Sai mais cedo do meu trabalho chegando lá a própria me diz que meu plano não cobre ( sendo que na ligação ela não me passou essa informação) e que o valor era de R$280,00.
Gostaria que seus supervisores fizessem um treinamento com a mesma , pois lidar com público requer atenção e responsabilidade. ( Informação é TUDO) .
Percorri 40 km, gastei dinheiro com gasolina, me arrisquei indo para Camacari onde os casos de COVID-19 só aumentam , para não fazer o procedimento, por falta de informação de uma incompetente .
Quando liguei para uma a CLÍNICA PIXEL , a atendente me passou todas as informações que eu não recebi da CALIANE .

I left home in the middle of this PANDEMIC because it informed me that the procedure I was going to do at the clinic accepted by my plan. I left my job earlier, getting there, she tells me that my plan does not cover (since she did not give me this information on the call) and that the amount was R $ 280.00.
