Lousy service from the receptionists, they answer the phone and simply don't say anything waiting for you to hang up, total disrespect to the consumer.

Bad service from the attendants. You can't schedule exams over the phone, when they answer they don't say anything, they expect you to hang up. They are losing customers. Honestly, very disrespectful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atende mal olha pra vc ,e quando fala dão informações errada,pois fui marca um exame lá ela falou que era tal dia , quando fui marca a moça falou que a marcação era bem antes do que a outra me falou,acho um desrespeito com ser humano ,por isso que a clientela mal procura o lugar mais atenção ??
