★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de qualidade, porém o atendimento é péssimo, sem falar no pós atendimento (que é pior ainda). Precisei ligar várias vezes praticamente implorando para me enviar uma radiografia por email e ficaram só me enrolando, após muita insistência consegui receber a radiografia por email.
 Quality service, but the service is terrible, not to mention the post service (which is even worse). I had to call several times practically begging to send me a radiograph by e-mail and they were just curling up, after much insistence I managed to receive the radiograph by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de qualidade, porém o atendimento é horrível, principalmente na recepção, a pessoa não olha no olho do cliente, não tenta facilitar as coisas, não responde com uma boa intonação, é uma pena!
Quality service, but the service is horrible, especially at the reception, the person doesn't look the customer in the eye, doesn't try to make things easier, doesn't respond with a good intonation, it's a shame!
