Passei 25 minutos no telefone esperando resolverem e a Raquel disse que nada poderia ser feito, resumindo quase 300,00 jogados no lixo e meus filhos com fome esperando a pizza chegar
 Bad experience! I made an order for the wrong iFood, I told them it was wrong and that I would redo it, I redid it, they refused to cancel the first order. I spent 25 minutes on the phone waiting to be resolved and Raquel said that nothing could be done, summarizing almost 300.00 thrown in the trash and my kids hungry waiting for the pizza to arrive

Fizemos um pedido as 19h50 e deram um prazo de 60 minutos para entrega. Esperamos por mais de duas horas, e nada do pedido. Mandamos mensagem solicitando o status da entrega e diziam que estava chegando... após tanto tempo de espera, cancelamos o pedido "que estava quase chegando".
Uma total falta de respeito com o cliente e nem se deram o trabalho de falar "olha, não fizemos o seu pedido, estamos com tempo de espera de quase 3 horas, etc" enfim, perderam um cliente, como também não irei mais recomendar a ninguém.
No dia 15/04 eu pedi pela 2º vez, apesar da demora os pedidos chegaram.
The esfihas are excellent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
We placed an order at 7:50 pm and they gave a deadline of 60 minutes for delivery. We waited for over two hours, and no order. We sent a message asking for the delivery status and they said it was coming... after so long waiting, we canceled the order "which was almost here".
A total lack of respect for the customer and they didn't even bother to say "look, we didn't place your order, we have a waiting time of almost 3 hours, etc" anyway, they lost a customer, and I won't recommend nobody.
On 04/15 I ordered for the 2nd time, despite the delay the orders arrived.

Eu que tive que fazer as contas e mostrar que estavam me cobrando errado
As esfiras salgadas muito boas pena que vem tudo em cima da outra, sempre compro em outro lugar e vem um plástico separando elas pra não grudar os recheios mas enfim, cada um cada um. Mas ainda do primeiro o problema foi cobrar a mais.. segundo ponto as esfiras doces, meu Deus péssima experiência. Sem comparação com as da place.

Aprendi e pedi só salgadas e já fiz as contas antes. Ok chegaram uma em cima da outra (sem novidades) mas uma dela o recheio foi todo pra borda da caixa, ou seja, a caixa quem comeu pq veio faltando metade do queijo

Como sou teimosa vou tentar novamente
Todas elas já chegam meia fria, então pensei a unidade Barcelona é mais perto da minha casa vou pedir nela. Peço o contato ninguém responde.. então peguei na internet

The salty sfires are very good, too bad they all come on top of each other, I always buy them elsewhere and they come with a plastic separating them so the fillings don't stick, but anyway, each one. But even with the first, the problem was charging more.. second point the sweet esfiras, my God, a bad experience. No comparison with the ones at the place.

I learned and ordered only salty ones and I've done the math before. Ok they arrived one on top of the other (no news) but in one of them the stuffing went all the way to the edge of the box, that is, the box who ate it because half of the cheese was missing
third order
As I am stubborn I will try again
They all arrive half cold, so I thought the Barcelona unit is closer to my house, so I'll order it there. I ask for the contact no one answers.. so I got it on the internet
Then came the other answering
