A médica responsável não estava na clínica no horário marcado e fomos embora sem conseguir o atendimento depois de 1 hora.
I scheduled a private exam and the service would be carried out with great delay.
The doctor in charge was not at the clinic at the scheduled time and we left without getting care after 1 hour.

Estava sozinho na sala de espera e mesmo assim meu exame atrasou 01h40.
A falta de respeito e orientação é muito grande!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar para qualquer exame!!! Atraso todas as vezes, agora aprendi a realmente não vir mais!
Primeira vez ressonância, marquei as 19, cheguei, esperei, perguntei, 3 horas de atraso! Piada! Agora marquei 15:30, me colocaram na sala 15:30, só pra eu achar que estava no horário. E fiquei esperando que nem boba até as 16! Ridiculos!
The worst place for any exam!!! I'm late every time, now I've learned not to really come anymore!
First time resonance, I dialed 19, arrived, waited, asked, 3 hours late! Joke! Now I set 15:30, they put me in the room at 15:30, just so I could think it was on time. And I was waiting like no silly until 16! Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu vinha fazendo exames sempre ali e nunca tive do que reclamar, porém no último que fiz em Dezembro tive uma experiência bem ruim. A médica que laudos meu US laudos com a mama do lado errado e eu tive que ligar pra dizer à atendente que pedisse a ela pra laudar com o lado correto, isso porque eu só sabia que estava errado pq ela me disse que o meu problema era na mama esquerda e na direita não tinha nada, mas o laudo saiu como mama direita w se ela não tivesse me avisado? Enfim, por esse motivo não faço mais exames ali, perdi a confiança....
I had been taking exams there all the time and I never had anything to complain about, but the last one I did in December had a very bad experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência sempre foi muito boa aqui, em especial com os atendimentos médicos! Médicas gentis, atendimento acolhedor e muito atencioso! Dra Nara em especial, fez vários ultrassons durante minha gestação, e sempre atende com muito carinho, competência e se preocupa com nossas emoções e preocupações! Super recomendo. Uma única vez tivemos um atraso significativo, mas diante do que sempre temos de experiência e atendimento, não muda em nada minha opinião é prioridade em realizar exames ali.
My experience has always been very good here, especially with medical care! Kind doctors, warm and very attentive service! Dr Nara in particular, performed several ultrasounds during my pregnancy, and always attends with great affection, competence and cares about our emotions and concerns! I highly recommend. Only once we had a significant delay, but given what we always have in terms of experience and service, it doesn't change anything in my opinion that it is a priority to carry out exams there.
