Estou a três semanas tentando agendar um exame por telefone, não FUNCIONA.
Estive pessoalmente no local, receptação lotada. Em pleno momento de pandemia, deviam melhorar já que não só apenas eu reclamo.
I already needed to do exams and I was very well attended.
I've been trying to schedule an exam over the phone for three weeks, it doesn't WORK.
I was personally in the place, crowded reception. In the midst of a pandemic, they should improve since not only do I complain.

Bad customer service for a week when I'm trying to call and no one answers, the good side I stopped to see the reviews and already gave up because of so much bad comment about the clinic!

Wow, at least for now I don't understand the complaints here, I called it twice and I was promptly answered... I needed to do an x-ray, everything was very fast too!!!! therefore I have no complaint to make....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Também não entendo as notas baixas, tive atendimento rápido e facilidade para agendar ultrassom. O atendimento lá também foi muito bom e a médica do ultra super atenciosa.
I also don't understand the low grades, I had quick service and it was easy to schedule an ultrasound. The service there was also very good and the doctor at the ultra super helpful.

Very long service, with my mother-in-law, 40 minutes just to complete the form, she spent three minutes in front of her to take the exam...if I don't ask why? would still be there
