★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o lugar está numa estrutura antiga, que não atende às emergentes necessidades de cadeirantes, ou deficientes visuais, por exemplo. Como geralmente há muitas pessoas para serem atendidas (pelo menos sempre que estive lá) não tem horário agendado para cada um: tem q chegar lá e aguardar às vezes até bastante tempo até liberar atendimento. Acho essa forma de trabalhar não compatível com as necessidades e prioridades dos dias atuais.
the place is in an old structure, which does not meet the emerging needs of wheelchair users, or the visually impaired, for example. As there are usually a lot of people to be served (at least whenever I was there) there is no scheduled time for each one: you have to get there and sometimes wait for quite a while before releasing service. I think this way of working is not compatible with the needs and priorities of today.
