★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma farmácia que tive a experiência de ter um péssimo atendimento pela atendente Luana na loja da Mamede Moisés raia. As vezes por ser perto de minha casa pensei que seria uma ótima opção de entrega. Mas em questão de parceria e atendimento com o cliente é lamentável.
1- não tem cadastro de cliente.
2- atendentes são perdidos.
3-delivery pelo ZAP raramente funciona.
4- funcionários entre si são incomunicáveis. Eles não sabem do q se passa sobre pedidos.
Por isso a liderança segue firme e forte com a Bragafarma pioneira em parceria e atendimento.
