★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa séria, sempre fui muito bem atendido, ja comprei 3 motos e não tenho do que reclamar, vendas é fantástico, sempre fui muito bem atendido pela Daiane e não tenho do que reclamar deles, no que precisei do pós ela me auxiliou em tudo, próxima moto que ja ja vou comprar, vai ser la com certeza.?
 Serious company, I have always been very well attended, I have already bought 3 motorcycles and I have nothing to complain about, sales are fantastic, I have always been very well attended by Daiane and I have nothing to complain about them, in what I needed afterward she helped me in everything, next bike that I'm going to buy, it will be there for sure.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu primeiro capacete a mais o menos 2 anos na loja e esse ano de 2022 realizei meu sonho de comprar minha primeira 4 cilindros, atendimento muito bom, vendedores super educados e super rápido em questão de fechamento de compras. Recomendo. Bons ventos a todos.
I bought my first helmet about 2 years ago at the store and this year 2022 I fulfilled my dream of buying my first 4 cylinders, very good service, super polite sellers and super fast in terms of closing purchases. I recommend. Good winds to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local é muito bom, atendem muito bem, preços também achei dentro do proposto, nada de exagero. Só não deram moleza na vende de um produto de mostruário que era o único... rsrsrs mas tá valendo, afinal o produto estava novinho e bem cuidado. Indico sem dúvida e voltarei a comprar com certeza!
Location is very good, they serve very well, prices I also found within the proposed, nothing exaggerated. They just didn't make it easy to sell a showcase product that was the only one... lol but it's worth it, after all the product was brand new and well taken care of. Definitely recommend and will buy again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite estive na loja Rafa motos ontem dia 31/03/2022 com meu filho no intuito de adquirir uma XRE 300 , chegando a loja fui recepcionado por uma vendedora de nome Diana , e na loja estava uma XRE 2017 com 36.000 Km na cor Prata então perguntei o preço da moto a vendedora pois a moto era para o meu filho , a mesma me respondeu que o valor da moto seria R$ 21.000,00 até aí tudo bem , foi quando ela nos informou que financiada sairia mais caro então eu respondi que sim nós já sabíamos disso , então perguntei qual seria o melhor preço a vista da moto e ela com total grosseria disse que não tiraria 1 real da moto até aí também tranquilo a moto era deles , então eu tive a infelicidade de dizer a ela que uma moto igual na concessionária 0km estava R$ 26.290,00 e como resposta ela disse que era mentira e já que a diferença era tão pouca assim que eu fosse comprar uma zero mais se eu quisesse ela ligaria para um vendedor da concessionária para me provar ,então eu disse a ela que ligasse , ela me chamou de folgado , mentiroso .e ofendeu com muitos palavrões na frente do meu filho e de diversos clientes que ali estavam, por fim fui a concessionária comprei uma XRE 0km por R$ 26.200,00 reais e hj levei a nota para apresentar ao Rafael proprietário da loja e ela na frente dele me mandou enfiar a moto naquele lugar então eu infelizmente tive uma experiência muito ruim na loja e por esse motivo não recomendo a loja Rafa motos
Good night I was at Rafa Motos store yesterday 03/31/2022 with my son in order to purchase an XRE 300, arriving at the store I was welcomed by a saleswoman named Diana, and in the store there was an XRE 2017 with 36,000 km in Silver color so I asked the seller the price of the motorcycle because the motorcycle was for my son, she replied that the value of the motorcycle would be R$ 21,000.00 so far so good, that's when she informed us that financed would be more expensive so I replied that yes we already knew that , so I asked what would be the best price for the motorcycle in sight and she with total rudeness said that she would not take 1 real from the motorcycle until then too calm the motorcycle was theirs , so I had the misfortune to tell her that an equal motorcycle at the 0km dealership was R$ 26,290.00 and in response she said it was a lie and since the difference was so small that I was going to buy a zero more if I wanted she would call a dealership salesman to prove it to me, so i told her to call, and she called me a slacker, a liar. and offended me with a lot of profanity in front of my son and several customers who were there, finally I went to the dealership I bought an XRE 0km for R$ 26,200.00 reais and today I took the note to present to the Rafael owner of the store and she in front of him told me to put the bike in that place so I unfortunately had a very bad experience in the store and for that reason I don't recommend the store Rafa motos
