★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me empurraram dois motores num portão que comportava somente um, agem de má fé...não colocaram caixa de correio nem portão que paguei caro, fora que tem partes oxidando, em pouco tempo..não recomendo de forma alguma
Two engines pushed me into a gate that held only one, they act in bad faith ... they didn't put a mailbox or a gate that I paid for dearly, apart from parts oxidizing, in a short time ... I don't recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um conjunto de portões (garagem + social) em janeiro de 2021, no primeiro dia útil. A entrega, prevista para fevereiro, atrasou 10 dias, colocaram o portão social errado e até hoje (julho) não arrumaram isso. Nem puxador tem, só dá para abrir empurrando.
Era para o portão social ter uma abertura para visualização dos relógios de água e luz. O que fizeram foi colocar dois buracos com grade que nada ajudam e o visual ficou horrível. Paguei por um serviço, recebi uma gambiarra. E já começou a oxidar, menos de um mês após instalação.
Após a reabertura do comércio, todos os dias cobramos uma posição da empresa. Ninguém responde. Os responsáveis nunca estão. Estamos há meses no vácuo completo.
Não recomendo pra ninguém. Honestamente, me arrependi, preferia ter meu dinheiro de volta, mas pelo jeito precisarei acionar a justiça e entrar com recursos contra a empresa.
I bought a set of gates (garage + social) in January 2021, on the first business day. Delivery, scheduled for February, was delayed 10 days, they placed the wrong social gate and until today (July) they haven't fixed it. It doesn't even have a handle, you can only open it by pushing it.
The social gate was supposed to have an opening for viewing the water and light clocks. What they did was put two holes with a grid that didn't help and the look was horrible. I paid for a service, got a workaround. And it has already started to oxidize, less than a month after installation.
After the reopening of the trade, every day we charge a position from the company. Nobody answers. Those responsible never are. We've been in a complete vacuum for months.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Honestly, I regretted it, I'd rather have my money back, but apparently I'll need to go to court and file appeals against the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se enganem pelo primeiro atendimento. Comprei dois portões e não recomendo. Muita falta de transparência e profissionalismo. Não cumpriram com o prazo acordado, nem com os outros prazos informados nas semanas seguintes, me entregaram um serviço mal feito, e quiseram se isentar de culpa.
Nunca paguem 100% no ato da compra, o risco de não receberem pelo produto/serviço é alto, principalmente com eles que não estão preocupados com serem honestos ou agir de boa fé.
NÃO RECOMENDO! Pesquisem e leiam as avaliações antes de comprar. Eu encontrei essa serralheria pessoalmente, quando estava passando na frente e não olhei as avaliações na internet antes de fechar negócio.
Make no mistake about the first call. I bought two gates and I don't recommend it. Much lack of transparency and professionalism. They didn't meet the agreed deadline, nor with the other deadlines informed in the following weeks, they gave me a poorly done job, and they wanted to absolve themselves of guilt.
Never pay 100% at the time of purchase, the risk of not being paid for the product/service is high, especially with them who are not concerned with being honest or acting in good faith.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Search and read reviews before purchasing. I met this locksmith in person, when I was passing by and did not look at the reviews on the internet before closing the deal.

Contrary to some comments I saw in the reviews, I was very well attended, I bought a gate, installed it within the deadline, I won the engine and they did an excellent job. I recommend it...honest and true people. Congratulations!!!!
