Honestos, preço justo, profissionalismo e rapidez na entrega. Fiquei extremamente satisfeita e volto a procurá-los se assim precisar. Indico de olhos fechados!!!!
I had an indication from my cousin Sofia Moth to take my phone to this establishment to make a budget for a broken screen. I had great service from start to finish. Honest, fair price, professionalism and fast delivery. I was extremely satisfied and go back to them if I need to. I indicate with my eyes closed!!!!

Porém, o dono da loja, falou que não seria possível. Deveria ser mais flexível. A segunda observação, é referente a prazos, entreguei meu celular na sexta-feira com previsão de entrega no sábado. Porém, não me entregaram o celular, e nem entraram em contato comigo. Portanto, fica aqui o meu registro. Em resposta as explicações da loja, as explicações só pioraram, pois ninguém, ninguém mesmo, me falou para retornar, e sim, aguardar o retorno da ligação. Atitude essa que só aconteceu na segunda-feira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para trocar a tela por uma tela que comprei na china, meu celular tem câmera frontal retrátil então é mais complexo de reparar, mesmo assim o serviço foi feito no mesmo dia em cerca de 30 minutos, trabalho excelente, já estou usando o celular como se fosse novo.

Agem com transparência - devolveram meu celular por não ter defeito e na outra vez, fizeram uma limpeza para consertar problemas de som e não queriam cobrar (eu quis pagar). Preços de equipamentos lá também são mais em conta. Recomendo muito a Rafa Cell
I had four experiences with Rafa Cell. All very positive. They charge correctly and repair efficiently. They act with transparency - they returned my cell phone for not having a defect and the other time, they cleaned it to fix sound problems and didn't want to charge (I wanted to pay). Equipment prices there are also more affordable. I highly recommend Rafa Cell
