★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pratico outras atividades físicas a algum tempo, porém, desde que iniciei as aulas de circuito elaboradas pelo Rafa, percebi uma incrível melhora no meu condicionamento físico (tanto aeróbico quanto muscular). As aulas são muito intensas e motivadoras!
