Fui trocar e testei todos os outros, mas nenhum dava carga em meu celular. Cansado de esperar resolvi levar outro produto no lugar, peguei dois pingentes e ainda paguei R$10 a mais sendo que pesquisei e esses pingentes são muito mais baratos em qualquer outro lugar. Me sinto enganado, então resolvi comprar em outra loja e agora sim estou com um carregador turbo que funciona.
Apenas 1 estrela, porquê acredito que qualidade é muito importante no serviço. Aliás o que nós procuramos é apenas um produto que funcione e funcione bem.
Me pediram para específicar o por quê da minha nota. Tá aí então.
My customer service was great. But I bought a charger and it didn't work at all.
I went to change and tested all the others, but none of them charged my cell phone. Tired of waiting, I decided to take another product instead, I took two pendants and even paid R$10 more since I researched and these pendants are much cheaper anywhere else. I feel cheated, so I decided to buy from another store and now I have a turbo charger that works.
Only 1 star, because I believe that quality is very important in service. In fact what we are looking for is just a product that works and works well.
