★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo da recepção. Clínica manipulada por dinheiro e não pelo paciente. Não possuem tato para lidar com as pessoas e devido ao atraso de 4 minutos a recepcionista expôs minha filha sem ao menos saber a situação no dia.
Poor reception service. Clinic operated by money and not by the patient. They don't have tact to deal with people and due to the delay of 4 minutes the receptionist exposed my daughter without even knowing the situation that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retorno após um ano e oito meses desde que iniciei a terapia com a Cris para que as pessoas que pretendem iniciar essa jornada tenham conhecimento da perspectiva de uma paciente que chegou no consultório com a vida revirada, depressiva, enfrentando crises de pânico e ansiedade, problemas familiares, relacionamentos disfuncionais, medos profundos, traumas entre outros. Aprendi tanto lições simples como complexas, desde a identificação dos meus sentimentos mais basicos ao enfrentamento das minhas maiores sombras com amor e compreensão.
Sou muito feliz por ter as pessoas a minha volta notando e elogiando minha mudança, mas principalmente por ter aprendido a estar mais consciente vivendo de forma leve e sem tantas expectativas.
Hoje tenho mais autoestima, uma relaçao boa com a minha familia, marido e amigos, mas principalmente comigo mesma.
A terapia me tirou da zona de conforto, me colocou diversas vezes em um cenario de vulnerabilidade, me ensinando a ser capaz de passar pelos mais complexos desafios com coragem.
Espero que muitas pessoas tenham oportunidade de provar essa experiência, passar pelas dificuldes desse processo com animo de aprender, e desfrutar dos mais prazerosos resultados com a totalidade de sua existencia.
Agradeço a Cris por ser a melhor condutora possível dessa trajetoria, por depositar todo seu melhor muito evidenciado a cada sessão, pelo respeito, intuiçao, sensibilidade e carinho que tem comigo. Por todas as lições valiosas que trago comigo todos os dias.
I return after a year and eight months since I started therapy with Cris so that people who intend to start this journey are aware of the perspective of a patient who arrived at the office with a changed, depressive life, facing crises of panic and anxiety, problems family members, dysfunctional relationships, deep fears, traumas, among others. I learned both simple and complex lessons, from identifying my most basic feelings to facing my greatest shadows with love and understanding.
I am very happy to have people around me noticing and praising my change, but mainly for having learned to be more aware by living lightly and without so many expectations.
Today I have more self-esteem, a good relationship with my family, husband and friends, but mainly with myself.
Therapy took me out of my comfort zone, repeatedly putting me in a scenario of vulnerability, teaching me to be able to go through the most complex challenges with courage.
I hope that many people have the opportunity to taste this experience, go through the difficulties of this process with the desire to learn, and enjoy the most pleasurable results with the entirety of their existence.
I thank Cris for being the best possible conductor of this trajectory, for depositing all of her best, evidenced in each session, for the respect, intuition, sensitivity and affection she has with me. For all the valuable lessons I bring with me every day.
