★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 24/02 por volta de 11:30 da manha, eu estive no Ragazzo localizado na Av Dr João Ribeiro, localizado em frente ao shopping Penha, vi cartazes e baloes pendurados falando sobre a promoçao de coxinha por 1,09 a unidade, fui ate o balcão e fiz o pedido para o atendente ai ele me informou que eles não teriam essa promoção e afirmou que la eles so tinham a promoção de combo de mini-coxinhas, o combo sairia por um valor superior ao total de coxinhas que eu estava disposto a pagar, se o estabelecimento não tinha o produto anunciado, que em questão é o carro-chefe da empresa a atitude correta seria cobrir ou retirar todo e qualquer anuncio relacionado a aquele produto, e não tentar empurrar um mais caro para o consumidor.
alem de ser desrespeitoso com o cliente vai contra o codigo de defesa do consumidor que em seu art 35 diz:
Se o fornecedor de produtos ou serviços recusar cumprimento à oferta, apresentação ou publicidade, o consumidor poderá, alternativamente e à sua livre escolha:
I - exigir o cumprimento forçado da obrigação, nos termos da oferta, apresentação ou publicidade;
II - aceitar outro produto ou prestação de serviço equivalente;
III - rescindir o contrato, com direito à restituição de quantia eventualmente antecipada, monetariamente atualizada, e a perdas e danos.
a relação de compra e venda nesse caso foi recusada diante do fato da franquia localizada nesse endereço NÃO POSSUIR o produto que estava sendo anunciado em cartazes e baloes no estabelecimento, e em nenhum anuncio estava escrito que a promoção era "ate enquanto durarem os estoques" ou "por tempo limitado" nada justifica a publicidade ativa sem possuirem o produto anunciado para a venda. e tambem é de uma extrema falta de noção não ter disponivel o produto mais vendido e conhecido da empresa em pleno horario de almoço.
sempre fui cliente da rede Ragazzo e Habibs tanto em outros estabelecimentos quanto por meio dos aplicativos de delivery como o Ifood e Uber Eats e me decepcionei com o que me ocorreu, estarei tambem entrando em contato com os canais de atendimento ao cliente dessa empresa para relatar o fato ocorrido.

in addition to being disrespectful to the customer, it goes against the consumer protection code, which in its art 35 says:
If the supplier of products or services refuses to comply with the offer, presentation or advertising, the consumer may, alternatively and at his free choice:
I - demand the forced fulfillment of the obligation, under the terms of the offer, presentation or publicity;
II - accept another product or equivalent service provision;
III - terminate the contract, with the right to reimbursement of any amount in advance, monetarily updated, and to damages.
the purchase and sale relationship in this case was refused due to the fact that the franchise located at that address DOES NOT HAVE the product that was being advertised on posters and balloons at the establishment, and in no advertisement was it written that the promotion was "until stocks last" or "for a limited time" nothing justifies active advertising without having the product advertised for sale. and it is also extremely clueless not to have the company's best-selling and best-known product available at lunchtime.
I have always been a customer of the Ragazzo and Habibs chain, both in other establishments and through delivery apps such as Ifood and Uber Eats and I was disappointed with what happened to me, I will also be contacting the customer service channels of this company to report the fact occurred.
