★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor centro diagnostico que já levei meus bbs, sempre fomos muito bem atendidos e a rapidez e a precisão dos laudos dos exames é impressionante. Os veterinários são extremamente atenciosos e cuidadosos com nossos amados amigos de quatro patas, O Mykonos tem muito medo de pessoas estranhas e ontem até ele me surpreendeu, se comportou super bem o DR Daniel conseguiu fazer todos os exames de imagens sem estressar!!! Recomendo muitooooooooooooo!!!!
Best diagnostic center I've ever taken my bbs, we've always been very well attended and the speed and accuracy of exam reports is impressive. The vets are extremely attentive and careful with our beloved four-legged friends, Mykonos is very afraid of strangers and yesterday even he surprised me, he behaved very well DR Daniel managed to do all the imaging exams without stressing!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

Estou desesperada tentando contato com o laboratório foram feitos 03 exames de Leishmaniose Elisa pois eles disseram que entregavam em 02 dias úteis pois explicamos que precisaríamos viajar dia 28 para o Uruguay e eles exigem esse exame. Fiquei aguardando e hoje desesperada procurando entrar em contato com eles descobri que estão de recesso desde o dia que eles colheram o exame e não deram nenhuma satisfação. Embolsaram a vista o exame que não vão fazer e que não vai me servir pois se por acaso fizerem vão me entregar depois que eu tiver voltado de viagem. Paguei à vista 615 e agora vou ter que achar às pressas outro laboratório e provavelmente pagar uma fortuna. Péssimo esse tipo de atitude.
Edit: despite the scare of the delay and not being able to get initial contact, everything went fine and the exam reports arrived.

I'm desperate trying to contact the laboratory 03 Leishmaniasis Elisa exams were done because they said they delivered in 02 business days because we explained that we would need to travel on the 28th to Uruguay and they demand this exam. I was waiting and today, desperate, trying to get in touch with them, I found out that they have been on recess since the day they took the exam and did not give any satisfaction. They pocketed the exam that they are not going to take and that will not serve me, because if they do, they will hand it over to me after I have returned from my trip. I paid 615 cash and now I'm going to have to find another lab in a hurry and probably pay a fortune. Bad for that kind of attitude.

I had a great experience, Dr. Daniel gave my cat a thorough care and explained all the details of his problem. The value is not low, but it is worth the investment of every penny for the quality of service. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito boa desde o agendamento dos exames para minha cachorra. A equipe liderada pelo médico veterinário Daniel foi excelente, todos muito cuidadosos e muito profissionais. Foram várias tomadas de radiologia concluídas em um ótimo tempo. O resultado saiu no mesmo dia. Recomendo demais a clínica.
Very good experience since scheduling the exams for my dog. The team led by veterinarian Daniel was excellent, everyone was very careful and very professional. There were several radiology shots completed in a great time. The result came out the same day. I highly recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha gatinha Maria Victoria para realizar o raio X do tórax para investigarmos um quadro de tosse e outros sintomas.
Fomos muito bem atendidas pelo Dr Daniel, que nos foi indicado pelas Veterinárias de felinos da Vi, Dra Anna, e Dra Marli e Mara (Clínica Gattini), por ter um jeito especial com gatos e ter experiência com felinos. Lá no Raio X Diagnósticos, pude ver que toda a equipe é cuidadosa e respeitosa com os gatinhos e seus tutores, desde a recepção até a outra doutora que nos acompanhou, bem como os enfermeiros,todos muito calmos e carinhosos com a Vi, sem contar que o laudo do Dr Daniel é claro e detalhado, as imagens são limpas e conseguimos compreender que a minha gata tem bronquite e agora daremos a ela o tratamento adequado para ela viver bem. O laudo dele, bem como as imagens, foram passíveis de entendimento até para mim que não sou da área e auxiliou a Dra Anna a dar os próximos passos no acompanhamento da Victoria. O custo é mais alto, mas eles parcelam no cartão e vale muito a pena. Quem tem gatinho sabe o quão difícil é encontrar um lugar com profissionais que tratem os felinos com cuidado e respeito às suas características, sem aquele "estica e puxa" torturante. Minha gatinha é muito assustada e conseguiu realizar o seu exame de forma tranquila! Recomendo essa Clínica de Diagnósticos e agradeço a toda equipe pelo trabalho especial que realizam. I took my cat Maria Victoria to perform the chest X-ray to investigate a cough and other symptoms.
We were very well attended by Dr Daniel, who was recommended to us by the feline veterinarians at Vi, Dr Anna, and Dr Marli and Mara (Gattini Clinic), for having a special way with cats and having experience with felines. There at X-Ray Diagnostics, I could see that the entire team is careful and respectful with the kittens and their tutors, from the reception to the other doctor who accompanied us, as well as the nurses, all very calm and affectionate with Vi, not to mention that Dr Daniel's report is clear and detailed, the images are clean and we were able to understand that my cat has bronchitis and now we will give her the appropriate treatment for her to live well. His report, as well as the images, were understandable even for me who am not from the area and helped Dr Anna to take the next steps in monitoring Victoria. The cost is higher, but they pay in installments on the card and it is well worth it. Anyone who has a kitten knows how difficult it is to find a place with professionals who treat felines with care and respect for their characteristics, without that torturous "stretch and pull". My kitten is very scared and managed to perform her exam in a quiet way! I recommend this Diagnostic Clinic and thank the entire team for the special work they do. Surely each of you makes a difference in the lives of these pets. A big hug, Pamela (tutor) and Maria Victoria (? ?)
