Atendimento excelente, no Instagram tem todas as informações que precisamos, preços muito bons, quase sempre tem promoção de todas as peças em atacado, fora isso três peças já conta como atacado, a dona é super legal, os funcionários educados e sempre atendem bem, a localização também é boa e eles estão fazendo entrega agora... O Instagram é loja Raíssa Barros e fica na Augusto Montenegro, fácil acesso pra quase todo mundo... Muito bom!
Amoooooooo this shop! I like this store because it has clothes for all tastes, and a very good price, except that I already go there knowing what I want, it greatly simplifies my time.

Na sexta feira 02/08 estive com minha noiva nesta loja e tive o desprazer de conhecer um cidadão que se identificou como dono. Aconteceu que minha noiva estava no provador experimentando algumas roupas e eu estava segurando algumas peças pra ela, quando este "dono" passa e lança a seguinte frase a mim: "só cuidado para não bagunçar aí parceiro" (se referindo à loja, pq já estavam em horário de fechamento). Obviamente isso não se fala a cliente algum e eu educadamente lhe disse isso na hora de pagar as peças que minha noiva havia escolhido. Simplesmente ele achou que detinha toda a razão e começou a debater comigo (cliente) que não havia me constrangido, entre outras coisas (num tom alterado e arrogante). Por julgar esse tratamento absurdo, eu deixei as peças e sai da loja, e ainda disse que repassaria essa experiência a outras pessoas. Ele disse (com tom debochado) que eu deveria repassar a ele pq ele era "o dono" e finalizou dizendo que fomos só pra BAGUNÇAR A LOJA. Então fica aí a minha referência sobre esta loja. É este tratamento que vc pode receber visitando-a.

On Friday 02/08 I was with my fiancée in this store and had the displeasure to meet a citizen who identified himself as owner. It turned out that my fiancée was in the dressing room trying on some clothes and I was holding some pieces for her, when this "owner" passes and sends the following sentence to me: "Just be careful not to mess around there partner" (referring to the shop, were in closing time). Obviously this is not spoken to any customer and I politely told him this in time to pay for the parts that my fiancé had chosen. He simply thought he was quite right and started arguing with me (client) that I had not been embarrassed, among other things (in an altered and arrogant tone). Judging from this absurd treatment, I left the pieces and left the store, and still said I would pass this experience on to other people. He said (mockingly) that I should pass on to him because he was "the owner" and finished saying that we were just to BAGUNCH THE STORE. So here's my reference on this store. It is this treatment that you can receive by visiting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bem movimentada. minha esposa acompanha ela sempre pelas redes sociais, quando chegam novidades ela sempre a atualiza a galera. Hoje vi que dá muita gente lá, mulheres que chegam com celular aberto nas últimas postagens da loja perguntando se ainda tem os modelos. Só achei que poderia ter um banco pra nós homens ficamos mas a vontade ( sendo que a loja só tem roupas femininas) fica em pé no canto da parede é meio incômodo levando em conta o tempo que elas passam escolhendo looks. Mas a dona é super carismática, e fica o tempo todo andando na loja tirando dúvidas de clientes e funcionárias .O ar condicionado é uma boa no clima quente da nosso capital. O preço é a melhor parte. Roupas que normalmente custam 70,00 , 80,00 até 100,00 em outras lojas, lá ficam por 30,00 35,00 49,00 e de material muito bom. Boa loja, excelente custo-benefício.
The store is very busy. my wife always follows her on social networks, when news comes she always updates her guys. Today I saw that there are a lot of people there, women who arrive with open cell phone in the latest store posts asking if they still have the models. I just thought I could have a seat for us men to stay but the will (being the store only has women's clothing) standing in the corner of the wall is a bit of a nuisance considering the time they spend choosing looks. But the owner is super charismatic, and is always walking around the store asking questions of customers and employees. Air conditioning is good in the warm weather of our capital. Price is the best part. Clothes that normally cost 70.00, 80.00 to 100.00 in other stores, there are for 30.00 35.00 49.00 and very good material. Good store, excellent value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja , vendedoras super mau educadas não deixam nem a cliente experimentar a roupa tive uma péssima experiência nessa loja fora que não são profissionais ficam falando de assuntos pessoais na frente dos clientes um absurdo , por isso sai dela e fui comprar em outro lugar pois se não dão valor no cliente tem que fechar as portas pois se não tem cliente não tem venda !!!!!
I don't recommend this store, super rude salesgirls don't even let the customer try on clothes I had a bad experience in this store outside that are not professionals they talk about personal matters in front of customers an absurdity, so I left it and went to buy somewhere else because if you don't value the customer, you have to close the doors because if you don't have a customer, you don't have a sale!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, os atendentes são muito mal educados. Fui lá só uma vez e em nenhum momento alguém quis me atender, sendo que só uma atendente estava ocupada. E pra completar na hora que eu fui pagar a minha roupa a pessoa que embalou não se deu nem o trabalho de colocar a roupa em uma sacola da loja, me deu a roupa dentro de uma sacola de supermercado, sendo que as outras clientes que haviam pagado antes de mim tinham recebido suas comprar em sacolas personalizadas da loja. Depois até me arrependi de ter comprado aquela roupa, eu não deveria ter comprado era nada, nunca vi uma loja com o atendimento tão podre. Não vão ver o meu dinheiro nunca mais.
