★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratam os funcionários como escravo,sem respeito ou ética,se acham muito,contratam parentes ou amigos de facudade,que nao tem serventia,criam cargos altos pra encaixar gente que não agrega valor nem qualidade no funcionamento ,tem amigo com mais de 1 ano sem ajuste de salário por estar em outro cargo,os cargos mais altos que tem curso superior se acham mais que todos,mas não conseguem exercer o que aprenderam na prática, pois no processo e dia dia não usam variantes,encrustacões e fluxo em questão, sabem dar ordens ,só,...se não foce os que sobraram no processo,que ainda tem amor a usina,já teria falido por baixa produtividade e deixada fora de operação como a usina Tamoio.

Falta de educação com os demais e por fim serviço mal feito, informações erradas de dentro do corpo de funcionarios. Aprendam a ser mais carismáticos voces trabalham em um empresa de nome e imagem dela.. Nunca mais ponho meus pés la dentro e se vierem perguntar da empresa sera uma das que nao indicaria. Decepcionado isso que nem sou funcionario, imagino quem é.
