★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo acabamento, volante torto, ponto falhado, pecas soltas, o banco ficou com saia,, furo no couro, marcas indesejadas nas portas peças quebradas,meu carro era novo saiu de lá cheio de barulho nos bancos,costura mal feita , apos reclamação e revisão da loja e logico depois de pago a reposta foi não tem nada o que fazer esse lugar é um lixo...
Bad finish, crooked steering wheel, failed stitch, loose parts, the seat was left with a skirt, hole in the leather, unwanted marks on the doors, broken parts, my car was new, it left there full of noise in the seats, bad sewing, after complaint and review of the store and of course after paying the answer there was nothing to do this place is rubbish ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Só trabalham com bancos usados de carros recuperados. O banco do meu carro tinha apenas soltado a alavanca de ajuste de altura. Levei lá e me disseram que não tinha como consertar e que eu tinha que trocar o banco. Permiti que trocassem o banco e eles tiraram o estofamento do meu banco novo e colocaram numa estrutura velha, enferrujada, descascada, com jogo e ainda com barulho (grilo). Eu reclamei e me disseram que não havia outros bancos disponíveis para o meu carro. Pediram que eu esperasse aparecer um banco. Isso já faz 3 MESES ! E até agora nada.
I do not recommend. They only work with used banks of recovered cars. My car seat had just released the height adjustment lever. I took it there and was told that there was no way to fix it and that I had to change the bank. I allowed them to change the seat and they removed the upholstery from my new seat and placed it in an old, rusty, peeled structure, with game and still with noise (cricket). I complained and was told that there were no other seats available for my car. They asked me to wait for a bank to appear. That makes 3 MONTHS! And so far nothing.

Deixei meu carro em 28/01/2021 para remover e higienizar o carpete, quando me entregaram o carro em 02/02/2021, notei que o carpete afundava sob o pé do motorista, em menos de um dia,o carpete já estava todo solto do lado do passageiro e motorista. Notei que uma espuma que nivela o assoalho foi removida e não colocaram nada em seu lugar. Levei o carro diversas vezes em fevereiro e março para colocarem a espuma que sustenta o carpete, a cada vez informavam que tinham colocado mas apenas colocavam mais material isolante acústico,que não possui sustentação.
No dia 31/03/2021, levei para mais uma tentativa, o próprio dono, sr. Luis Mário, me tinha informado que a espuma seria instalada. No dia 01/04/2021, peguei o carro e lá se encontra mais feltros, isolante acústico e retalhos de carpete, o carro com grampos de fixação quebrados e diversas manchas de cola nos acabamentos e latarias. Fui reclamar com o Sr. LUIS MARIO, que me garantiu que o material instalado era original, foi agressivo ao ponto de tirar a camisa e me chamar para briga. Trata o cliente como idiota e quando confrontado o intimida.
Em resumo, não levem seu carro lá, o serviço será péssimo e não aceitam reclamações.
Bad company. I left my car on 1/28/2021 to remove and sanitize the carpet, when I was handed the car on 2/2/2021, I noticed that the carpet was sinking under the driver's foot, in less than a day, the carpet was already all over loose on the passenger and driver side. I noticed that a foam that leveled the floor was removed and they didn't put anything in its place. I took the car several times in February and March to put the foam that supports the carpet, each time they reported that they had placed it but only added more acoustic insulating material, which has no support.
On 03/31/2021, I took another attempt, the owner himself, mr. Luis Mário, had informed me that the foam would be installed. On 04/01/2021, I took the car and there are more felts, acoustic insulation and carpet scraps, the car with broken fixing clips and various stains of glue on the finishes and bodywork. I went to complain to Mr. LUIS MARIO, who assured me that the material installed was original, was aggressive to the point of taking off his shirt and calling me for a fight. He treats the client like an idiot and when confronted intimidates him.
In short, do not take your car there, the service will be terrible and do not accept complaints.
