★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, MUITO BARATO, apartamentos tops, espaçosos, tem até lago é muito grande, fica exatamente em frente ao CT do São Paulo em Cotia.
Mas infelizmente os próprios vendedores, cordendores e gerente me negaram esse sonho, ficaram bravos só porque eu quis como cliente assegurar que a obra estava regular e que o contrato era justo para ambas as partes antes que eu assinasse.
Quando forem em qualquer empreendimento sempre solicitar os documentos da obra, como DESCRITIVO, MINUTA DE CONTRATO e REGISTRO DE INCORPORAÇÃO.
Ao meu ver teve prática irregular na hora de mandar meu fluxo para avaliar meu financiamento, queriam que eu assinasse antes de mandar algo onde eu concordava em pagar 4% de multa caso eu desistisse, sendo que a lei do consumidor me resguarda da desistência em até 7 dias sem pagar nada.
Se recusaram a me dar o registro de incorporação para ver se estava regular, ai depois que eu compro sem saber e posso gastar uma nota com regularização do ap com a prefeitura.
Informaram que não teria alteração contratual caso eu não concordasse com alguma cláusula, se eu pego um contrato abusivo que favorece só o empreendimento estou na roça.
Não quiseram tirar a parte de 4% para avaliar meu financiamento.
E por fim não quiseram mais vender o apartamento, em questão de 2 hrs falaram que já passaram para a frente.
The place is beautiful, VERY CHEAP, top apartments, spacious, even the lake is very big, it is exactly in front of the São Paulo CT in Cotia.
But unfortunately the sellers, cordendors and manager themselves denied me that dream, they were angry just because I wanted as a client to ensure that the work was regular and that the contract was fair to both parties before I signed it.
When going to any project, always ask for the construction documents, such as DESCRIPTION, DRAFT CONTRACT and REGISTRATION OF MERGER.
In my opinion, it had an irregular practice when sending my flow to evaluate my financing, they wanted me to sign it before sending something where I agreed to pay 4% fine in case I gave up, and the consumer law protects me from giving up until 7 days without paying anything.
They refused to give me the registration of incorporation to see if it was regular, then after I buy without knowing it and I can spend a note with regularization of the ap with the city.
They informed that there would be no contractual change if I did not agree with any clause, if I get an abusive contract that favors only the enterprise I am in the country.
They didn't want to take the 4% share to assess my financing.
And finally they didn't want to sell the apartment anymore, in a matter of 2 hrs they said that they have already passed on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom aparentemente. Espero ser mto feliz! Só terei que entrar na justiça em breve porque minha evolução de obra está hoje em 2.500! Está isso mesmo! E só comigo aconteceu isso! Não tenho dinheiro pra pagar esse roubo e nem vontade! E não pode ultrapassar o valor do financiamento mas estão fazendo isso e nem se preocupam claro! Mas eu vou ganhar essa ação tenho ctza. De resto aguardo a vistoria
Good place apparently. I hope to be very happy! I'll just have to go to court soon because my work evolution is today at 2,500! That's right! And this just happened to me! I don't have the money to pay for this theft and I don't want to! And it cannot exceed the value of the financing but they are doing it and they don't even care of course! But I will win this action I have ctza. I'm still waiting for the inspection
