★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não volto nunca mais!! Pedi indicação de corda e a que me indicaram no terceiro jogo arrebentou. Não me deram garantia nenhuma e ainda me atenderam com má vontade!!! Fui para o Oficina do Tenista e tive outro nível de atendimento. De agora em diante só na Oficina!!!!
Bad experience, I will never come back!! I asked for a rope indication and the one they indicated in the third game broke. They didn't give me any guarantee and they still attended me with bad will!!! I went to the Tennis Player's Workshop and had another level of service. From now on only in the Workshop!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a corda da minha raquete no estabelecimento e sou aluno intermediário sem muita potência na batida. Simplesmente colocaram uma "corda conforto" sem detalhar durabilidade. Resultado: a corda estourou em apenas três aulas de uma hora, nunca vi isso na minha vida!!!! Fui lá fazer a reclamação e o argumento foi: "Você utilizou mal a raquete, não vamos dar desconto nem colocar outra para você de graça". Nunca mais volto!!! Saí direto para a oficina do tenista e o tratamento foi outro!!
I changed my racket string at the establishment and I am an intermediate student without much power on the beat. They simply added a "comfort rope" without detailing durability. Result: the rope broke in just three one-hour lessons, I've never seen it in my life!!!! I went there to complain and the argument was: "You misused the racket, we are not going to give you a discount or give you another one for free". I'll never come back!!! I went straight to the tennis player's workshop and the treatment was different!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. A corda da minha raquete foi trocada na semana passada e já estourou. Voltei lá e não me deram garantia e nenhum suporte. Pedi o telefone do dono da loja e não me deram. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO. Em outra loja avaliaram que o encorajamento foi mal feito.
Bad experience. My racket string was changed last week and it's already broken. I went back there and they gave me no guarantee and no support. I asked for the store owner's phone number and they didn't give it to me. NEVER COME BACK. In another store, they judged that the encouragement was poorly done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento fui indicado por um amigo e indico, educados e explicam muito bem, estou iniciando no tênis e não entendia nada sobre raquete e corda, eles me explicaram e me ajudaram na escolha da corda, estou super satisfeito com o atendimento e com a raquete, foram muito cautelosos e me emprestaram algumas raquetes para teste para que eu escolhesse a que me identificasse melhor.
Excellent service I was recommended by a friend and I nominate, polite and explain very well, I'm starting in tennis and didn't understand anything about racket and string, they explained and helped me in choosing the string, I'm super satisfied with the service and the racket , were very cautious and lent me some rackets for testing so that I could choose the one that best suited me.
