★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, o gerente e vendedor Israel não sabem como conduzir um bom atendimento ao cliente, só disseram quer comprar compra se não quiser não compra, absurdo, olhei um carro com eles simplesmente falaram que não dão garantia de motor e caixa, no qual é reconhecido pela lei do consumidor, forçando uma compra com contrato que não terá garantia, nunca vi uma coisa dessas, não indico para ninguém,devia ter nota zero 1 e muito.
Reposta ao desmentido se quiser mando print aqui da conversa suas com minha pessoa falando que não irão dar garantia de um mini cooper so porque o ano dele é 2010, se vendem tem que dar garantia sim POR LEI, péssimo atendimento sim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no interior e estou procurando um carro determinado há alguns meses. No dia 20/05/21 essa loja incluiu nos sites um veículo que se encaixava perfeitamente no meu perfil. Poucas horas após a inclusão, entrei em contato com a agência solicitando que me enviassem fotos, além de informar que viajaria 3hs até BH no dia seguinte para ver o carro. Não me enviaram nada. Ainda assim, viajei até BH pra ver o carro. No dia seguinte pela manhã, fui até a agência, vi o carro e manifestei total interesse pois era exatamente o que precisava. Apesar do meu carro estar literalmente do outro lado da rua, sequer se deram ao trabalho de vê-lo para avaliação. Enviei fotos por WhatsApp e solicitei um retorno sobre os valores que eu deveria dar pelo carro. Durante todo o fds, nao me deram retorno, enviei várias mensagens que nao foram repondidas. Por fim, me dirigi a outra agência e comprei um outro carro no mesmo fds. Não recomendo. Além de tudo são mentirosos. Na resposta que deram ai embaixo, quando responderam sobre a avaliação do meu carro, eu já o tinha vendido. Fujam dessa loja!
I live in the countryside and have been looking for a determined car for a few months. On 05/20/21, this store included a vehicle on its websites that fit my profile perfectly. A few hours after inclusion, I contacted the agency asking them to send me photos, as well as informing me that I would travel 3 hours to Belo Horizonte the next day to see the car. They didn't send me anything. Still, I traveled to BH to see the car. The next morning, I went to the agency, saw the car and expressed full interest because it was exactly what I needed. Even though my car was literally across the street, they didn't even bother to see it for evaluation. I sent photos via WhatsApp and requested a return on the values I should give for the car. During all the fds, they didn't give me feedback, I sent several messages that were not answered. Finally, I went to another agency and bought another car on the same weekend. I do not recommend. After all, they are liars. In the answer they gave below, when they answered about the evaluation of my car, I had already sold it. Run away from this store!
