Além de um atraso enorme para entregar as peças, o que atrasou toda a obra, ainda sumiram com as torneiras que eles haviam exigido que fossem entregues para um corte exato do mármore. Ninguém dá uma satisfação e não atendem mais as ligações. A dona da loja "nunca está" quando conseguimos falar com eles e não retorna a ligação para dar uma satisfação.
O MAIOR ARREPENDIMENTO DE TODA A MINHA OBRA FOI TER FECHADO COM ELES.
O único caminho cabível será entrar na justiça.

2 horas depois, nada.
Retorno para cobrar e o senhor, nada simpático, justifica que "ela está sozinha" (no caso, a vendedora).
Agradeço e desligo.
Tá chovendo cliente, então não precisam do meu dinheiro.
Que bom! fartura, né?! Quando faltar, vai reclamar dos altos impostos, do governo, da concorrência.... mas não vai reconhecer que o atendimento é precário.
Não gostei. Não volto a ligar e tampouco comprarei lá, mesmo que o preço seja competitivo!
