★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja comprei um quadriciclo com o vendendor Sandro o mesmo disse que está funcionando normal que estava tudo certinho .so que o quadriciclo não funciona está um mês parado ja gastei 180 pra arruma, mais não tevi conserto ainda pois são várias peças com problema .o mesmo comprou duas peças que estava quebrada e me bloqueio , não me atende , e o quadriciclo está quebrado ainda .Não indico a ninguém essa loja fiquem de olho .o mesmo agio na má fe.
Terrible store I bought an ATV with the seller Sandro, he said that it is working normally, that everything was fine. So the ATV doesn't work, it's been stopped for a month. even bought two pieces that were broken and they block me, they don't answer me, and the quad bike is still broken. I don't recommend this store to anyone, keep an eye out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a Ramos Automóveis de Osasco para ninguém. Antes de comprar qualquer carro na loja, verifiquem o histórico para não terem surpresas desagradáveis como eu tive. Segue relato abaixo:
Em 11/07/2017 comprei um carro com o vendedor Sandro e após passar o carro para meu nome apareceram algumas multas do antigo proprietário. Estou desde Outubro de 2018 avisando tanto o vendedor Sandro pelo WhatsApp quanto a loja por email e eles até o momento não resolveram a situação.
Como Outubro é o mês de licenciamento do meu carro, em 08/10/2019 eu fui obrigado a ter que pagar 2 multas no valor de R$277,34 para poder licenciar o meu carro. Esta despesa que não é minha e não estava prevista em meu orçamento vai me fazer muita falta!
O que mais me chateou foram as falsas promessas de solução por parte do vendedor Sandro pelo WhatsApp.
Por fim, não recomendo a Ramos Automóveis de Osasco para ninguém!
I do not recommend Ramos Automóveis de Osasco to anyone. Before buying any car in the store, check the history so that there are no unpleasant surprises like I had. Following report below:
On 07/11/2017 I bought a car from the seller Sandro and after passing the car to my name appeared some fines of the former owner. I have been warning since October 2018 that both seller Sandro via WhatsApp and the store by email and they have not yet resolved the situation.
As October is the month of licensing of my car, on 10/08/2019 I was required to pay 2 fines of $ 277.34 in order to license my car. This expense that is not mine and was not foreseen in my budget will be sorely missed!
What bothered me most were the false promises of solution by the seller Sandro by WhatsApp.
Finally, I do not recommend Ramos Automóveis de Osasco to anyone!
