Bad experience! The dish came with wilted lettuce and roasted meat, and the portion took 40 minutes to arrive and when the meat arrives it was also very roasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento atendente muito da ignorante, após uma reclamação de uma porção da qual veio uma carne queimada estudo grudada em óleo porém depois desse atendimento ao cliente nunca mais e e minha família voltará a esse local, sinto muito pelo meu desabafo mas estare publicando imagens da comida e nota fiscal do local indignado e ainda sendo tratado desse jeito !!!! Por essa funcionária sem educação, rancho caipira do shopping de maua deveria selecionar uma melhor atendente para nós público que utilizamos.
Bad service very ignorant attendant, after a complaint from a portion of which came a study burned meat stuck to oil but after this customer service never again and my family will return to this place, I'm sorry for my outburst but have been publishing pictures of the food and invoice of the outraged place and still being treated like that !!!! For this uneducated employee, redneck ranch from maua mall should select a better attendant for us audience we use.

Nunca mais eu volto, pois pelo visto não irão resolver o problema.
