★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3,5kg de carne na sexta feira as 10:00hs aproximadamente, e levei 5 minutos para chegar em casa e colocar na geladeira, na sexta a feira a noite a carne já estava cheirando mal, no sábado pela manhã a carne estava preta com cheiro horrível, lógico que fui trocar, chegando ao local o gerente com ar de desconfiança falou que o problema foi que a carne ficou fora da refrigeração. Me senti muito ofendida e indignada com o tratamento recebido, que daquela vez ele não iria criar caso e faria troca, mas que o erro era meu.
Não compro mais nesse estabelecimento.
I bought 3.5kg of meat on Friday at approximately 10:00 am, and it took me 5 minutes to get home and put it in the fridge, on Friday night the meat was already smelling bad, on Saturday morning the meat was black with horrible smell, of course I went to change it, arriving at the place, the manager with an air of suspicion said that the problem was that the meat was out of the refrigeration. I felt very offended and indignant with the treatment I received, that this time he would not make a fuss and make a change, but that the mistake was mine.
I no longer shop at this establishment.
