★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal muito legal. A secretaria de turismo deveria investir na conservação e limpeza das vc cachoeiras e arredores, pois tem muito lixo (as não privadas), colocam canos de plástico na cachoeira, etc.
 Very nice staff. The tourism department should invest in the conservation and cleaning of the waterfalls and surroundings, as there is a lot of garbage (non-private ones), they put plastic pipes in the waterfall, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suuuuuuper passeio, trilha no ponto certo..! nem muito fácil ?♀️nem muito difícil ? Natureza belíssima, biodiversidade. Adorei que tem de todos os tipos de cachoeira. Vale muito a pena conhecer todas. Sem contar a estrutura e atendimento top de Rodrigo e equipe. A comida do restaurante tava ótima também. Voltaremos em breve
Suuuuuuper ride, trail at the right point..! not too easy ?♀️not too difficult ? Beautiful nature, biodiversity. I loved that it has all kinds of waterfalls. It's really worth getting to know them all. Not to mention the structure and top service of Rodrigo and team. The restaurant food was great too. We'll be back soon

Não tem nenhuma forma de contrato, não deixam claro forma de pagamento e/ou cancelamento, pedem 50% adiantados (até ai tudo bem) mas não dizem que precisa cancelar com 48h de antecedência para poder ter a restituição do dinheiro. Tive um imprevisto um pouco antes do passeio e ainda cheguei a mandar msg falando sobre, e não devolveram o que eu tinha pago....
2- E mesmo com toda essa explicação da resposta, não tem o mínimo de profissionalismo, não tem contrato e não deixam claro sobre os cancelamentos... Procurei em todo canto, aqui, no Instagram, e não tinha! Sabiam que eu tinha um imprevisto, porque eu tinha dito, mas infelizmente fiquei sem internet, e não me ligaram no meu número, e sim no whatsapp, onde eu não tinha como atender.
1- Bad administration! They don't have any form of contract, they don't make a clear method of payment and/or cancellation, they ask for 50% in advance (so far so good) but they don't say you need to cancel 48 hours in advance in order to have the money refunded. I had an unforeseen a little before the tour and I even sent a message talking about it, and they didn't return what I had paid....
2- And even with all this explanation of the answer, they don't have the least professionalism, they don't have a contract and they don't make it clear about the cancellations... I looked everywhere, here, on Instagram, and they didn't have it! They knew I had an unforeseen event, because I had said so, but unfortunately I had no internet, and they didn't call me on my number, but on whatsapp, where I couldn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente incrível! A trilha pela mata é daquelas fechadas e que emociona! O guia Fábio nos forneceu muita informação e curiosidades da flora local. Lá no Rancho pudemos desfrutar de uma banho maravilhoso de cachoeira e almoçamos uma carne de sol suculenta! Além de visitar outras duas cachoeiras (a do Tio e a da Palmeira), o proprietário do Rancho, Rodrigo, nos buscou e levou de volta com muita segurança em sua Toyota! Recomendo MUITO!
Simply incredible! The trail through the woods is one of those closed and exciting! The guide Fábio provided us with a lot of information and curiosities about the local flora. There at Rancho we were able to enjoy a wonderful bath in the waterfall and have a succulent sun-dried lunch! In addition to visiting two other waterfalls (Tio and Palmeira), the Rancho owner, Rodrigo, picked us up and took us back safely in his Toyota! HIGHLY recommend!

Comida maravilhosa, caseira, uma delíciaaaaa!! E tem um suco de graviola maravilhoso, pra quem gosta de se aventurar vale a pena aproveitar o camping!! O fim de tarde é lindo e as pessoas são maravilhosas. Valeu a pena cada centavo, inclusive voltarei mais vezes???

Wonderful, homemade, delicious food!! And there's a wonderful soursop juice, for those who like to venture out, it's worth enjoying the camping!! The late afternoon is beautiful and the people are wonderful. It was worth every penny, I'll be back more often ???
