today I had the displeasure of knowing a restaurant of such low quality in customer service, I am disgusted with this establishment. I was dislocated today as I have never been before and beyond the delivery time that does not match what was offered, terrible service and unprofessional staff.

Most horrible restaurant I have ever seen. Delivery takes a long, long time, and they don't give explanations, don't answer messages or answer calls. Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida péssimo, Material de má qualidade, nada a reclamar sobre o atendimento agora achei muito ruim a comida, o feijão tropeira n tinha uma ferpa de carne só farinha o Arroz sem sal, macarrão parece que só colocaram margarina e sal oq ainda escapou foi a carne que n foi a das piores
Terrible food, poor quality material, nothing to complain about the service, now I thought the food was very bad, the tropeira beans had a stew of meat, only flour, Rice without salt, pasta seems to have only added margarine and salt. What still escaped was the meat that wasn't the worst

Quentinha fria, frango e carne mal passados, gosto de azedo e o pior: a quantidade pouquíssima para o valor que é pago.
Deixei de fazer pedidos a vocês.

The next three requests were terrible.
Warm cold, chicken and meat underdone, taste sour and the worst: very little quantity for the amount paid.
I stopped ordering from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei rapidamente para pegar uma quentinha, era quase 1 h da tarde, ainda tinha comida no self service, mas infelizmente haviam moscas rodeando os alimentos que estavam descobertos (provavelmente por conta do fluxo de pessoas). O atendimento e receptividade dos garçons foram excelentes.
I went quickly to get a warm one, it was almost 1 pm, there was still food on the self service, but unfortunately there were flies around the food that was uncovered (probably because of the flow of people). The service and reception of the waiters were excellent.
