★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos sábado dia 24/07 ao chegar ao local fomos recepcionados de maneira grossa pela dona do estabelecimento, pelo fato da gente ter levado jet ski, a dona informou que não poderia descer o jet concordamos e ela designou o funcionário a nós acompanhar pra um lugar distante dos demais carros, como se nós fôssemos desrespeitar as regras, dali mesmo voltamos e pegamos nosso dinheiro, falta de respeito com o turista e preconceito, não recomendo.
 We went on Saturday, 07/24. When we arrived at the place, we were rudely welcomed by the owner of the establishment, because we took a jet ski, the owner informed that she could not get off the jet, we agreed and she assigned the employee to accompany us to a place away from the other cars, as if we were going to disrespect the rules, we came back from there and took our money, lack of respect for the tourist and prejudice, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense em uma dona ignorante, dei meio volta e peguei meu dinheiro de volta. Cheguei com o Jet e ela de imediato disse que não podia descer Jet, só barco, tudo bem são as regras. Mas a forma arrogante que a dona falou foi surreal, veio correndo desesperada barrar a entrada do carro com o Jet, não tinha placa nenhuma informando antes. Bastava falar. O pior não foi isso, após pagar as entradas ele designou que meu carro ficasse no sol, longe dos outros carros, como se eu fosse pegar o Jet e carregar nos braços e pôr na água. Totalmente desnecessário, ainda impôs que se quisesse ficar era lá no canto no sol e eu que me virasse para descer minhas coisas na mão longe dos outros carros e margem do lago. NUNCA MAIS VOCÊ VÊ EU, MINHA FAMÍLIA E MEUS AMIGOS, “JAMAIS”…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendido na vida. A proprietária conhecida como Dona Menina sempre muito arrogante. Não respondem o Whtsapp e no local foi muito ignorante conosco. Acampamos lá 3 dias e todos os dias ela passava reclamando de algo, sem contar nos banheiros imundos. E uma das noites não tinha água. Não recomendo o local. Pra piorar me cobraram um valor na entrada e mais tarde ainda me cobraram outro valor a mais.
I've never been so underserved in my life. The owner known as Dona Menina is always very arrogant. Whtsapp does not respond and the site was very ignorant with us. We camped there for 3 days and every day she used to complain about something, not to mention the filthy bathrooms. And one of the nights there was no water. I don't recommend the place. To make matters worse, they charged me an amount at the entrance and later they charged me another amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já visitei o rancho em outros anos, mais esse ano foi a pior experiência de todos. Combinei o valor com a dona pois iria ficar acampado 3 dias, e para minha surpresa na hora de descer com as malas ela me cobrou outro valor e foi super ignorante mesmo mostrando a conversa no celular, atendimento péssimo!!! Sobre o espaço é bem amplo e simples, banheiros limpos e com água só na parte da manhã, a noite e igual carnaval os banheiros. Local de banho e camping são bons com muita sombra e amplos.
I've visited the ranch in other years, but this year was the worst experience ever. I agreed the amount with the owner because I was going to camp for 3 days, and to my surprise when I went down with the bags she charged me another amount and was super ignorant even showing the conversation on my cell phone, terrible service!!! The space is very large and simple, clean bathrooms and only water in the morning, at night and the same carnival bathrooms. Bathing and camping are good with plenty of shade and ample space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rancho Sucupira é pertinho de Palmas, cerca de 25km. Fácil acesso e bem localizado.
Lugar é simples, estrutura simples.
Tem várias cadeiras espalhadas, churrasqueiras e etc.
O sítio é limpo, parece ser rastelhado diariamente. Fomos durante a semana então estava completamente vazio, achei ótimo.
Sempre levo pano de limpeza e álcool, então pegamos uma mesa de plástico, limpei tudo. Limpei a mesa de metal colocamos uma música ambiente, foi muito agradável.
A água do lago limpinha, temperatura sensacional, areia fininha.
Foi só colocar a carne p assar que desandou tudo, surgiu praticamente um galinheiro. Às galinhas nos cercaram e não deram paz, chegaram a subir na mesa. Depois surgiu os cães e o gato. Um caos, não comemos em paz. Toda hora meu esposo espantando eles e eu tendo que limpar tudo.
O banheiro estava limpo, cheirando a cloro, tem papel higiênico, mas não tem sabão para lavar as mãos e nem papel toalha. Não foi problema para mim porque levei o álcool em gel e uma toalhinha ( já tem esse hábito) rsrsrs
Depois de algumas horas nossos amigos chegaram com o bebezinho deles e abriram uma esteira p/ neném no chão, o cão foi lá e passou em cima. Os cães são mansos, mas chatos também, ficam nos cercando.
Não tem sinal de celular e não tem Wi-Fi disponível.
Não volto mais devido aos animais. Acho que deveriam ficar presos durante o período de visitação. Eu sei que galinha é legal limpar terreno e comer animais peçonhentos, mas deveriam ficar presas para não incomodar os turistas.
Pagamos 20,00 por adulto. Pela estrutura simples não acho que vale o valor pago.
O lugar tinha tudo para ser excelente, mas falta investimento.
Rancho Sucupira is close to Palmas, about 25km. Easy access and well located.
Place is simple, simple structure.
It has several scattered chairs, barbecue grills and etc.
The place is clean, it seems to be brushed daily. We went during the week so it was completely empty, I thought it was great.
I always take cleaning cloth and alcohol, so we took a plastic table, cleaned everything. I cleaned the metal table and put on some background music, it was very pleasant.
The lake water is clean, sensational temperature, fine sand.
It was just putting the meat to roast that everything went wrong, a chicken coop practically appeared. The chickens surrounded us and did not give peace, they even climbed on the table. Then came the dogs and the cat. Chaos, we don't eat in peace. My husband keeps scaring them all the time and I have to clean everything up.
The bathroom was clean, smelling of chlorine, has toilet paper, but no soap to wash your hands or paper towels. It wasn't a problem for me because I took the alcohol gel and a washcloth (you already have this habit) lol
After a few hours our friends arrived with their little baby and opened a mat for the baby on the floor, the dog went there and passed over. Dogs are tame, but boring too, they surround us.
There is no cell phone signal and Wi-Fi is not available.
I'm not coming back because of the animals. I think they should be locked up during the visitation period. I know that chicken is nice to clear the land and eat venomous animals, but they should be trapped so as not to disturb tourists.
We pay 20.00 per adult. Because of the simple structure, I don't think it's worth the amount paid.
The place had everything to be excellent, but there is a lack of investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom, infraestrutura boa pelo preço pago (20 reais). Banheiros limpos, tem churrasqueira disponível e meses e cadeiras inclusas no preço. A água é excelente, temperatura boa e sem lama, só a areia fina. Tmb possui boa área pra acampar na sombra. O atendimento foi bom, os que atenderam a gente foram super educados e prestativos. A estrada pra chegar é ruim, muita irregularidade e quebra-molas enormes, além de muita areia solta, dificultando quem vai de moto. No geral é bom pra quem quer acampar ou passar o dia em um lugar com acesso ao lago e com o mínimo de infraestrutura, vale a pena ir.
Good place, good infrastructure for the price paid (20 reais). Clean bathrooms, barbecue available and months and chairs included in the price. The water is excellent, good temperature and no mud, just fine sand. Tmb has a good area for camping in the shade. The service was good, those who attended us were super polite and helpful. The road to get there is bad, a lot of irregularities and huge spring breaks, in addition to a lot of loose sand, making it difficult for those who go on a motorcycle. Overall it's good for those who want to camp or spend the day in a place with access to the lake and with minimal infrastructure, it's worth going.
