★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, sou proprietária do Rancho, juntamente com meu esposo Paulo Eduardo, vendo a publicação do Sr Adriano Gama, confesso que me surpreendi.
Primeiramente nosso café da manhã a mais de 20 opções, somos apenas 4 apartamentos e como ele falou, tinha pouca variedade de frutas, mas pelas fotos a qual ele mesmo postou aparecem 4 variedades de frutas: banana, maçã, Uva e mamão, creio que poucas pousadas pequenas como a nossa a 4 variedades de frutas.
Quanto a força da agua no banheiro lamento tamanha falta de informação, a Serra de São Bento vem sofrendo a pior seca dos últimos 20 anos, abastecemos o Rancho com caminhão pipa devido a grande escassez de água na região, e cada chalé tem a sua caixa d'água, nosso chuveiro é bem grande, e por ser caixa d'água ela não consegue descer a água com tanta força como é quando se tem água encanada.
Quanto a funcionários a noite é lamentável que ele tenha sido tão infeliz, a casa do nosso caseiro é literalmente em frente aos chales e ele se encontra 24hs no local, e caso o hóspede precise de algo é só chamar por Valmir.
Quanto a estrada é de barro sim, e os 6kms que separam o centro da cidade do Rancho a 5 placas de sinalização colocada por nós, indicando o caminho do Rancho.
Quanto a assaltos me surpreende a notícia, tendo em vista que faz mais de 3 anos que não há praticamente nenhum assalto na região, essa estatística pode ser facilmente comprovada pelos dados da polícia militar, a Serra de São Bento é um dos locais do RN com menor índices de assaltos, a prova são as inúmeras pousadas que nem muro tem e que não registraram qualquer assalto nos últimos 3 anos, lamentável que alguém se ache no direito de postar notícias falsas em um site, lamento imensamente, mas vendo as outras avaliações, a de Adriano realmente contradiz com todas as outras.

First, our breakfast has more than 20 options, we are only 4 apartments and as he said, there was little variety of fruit, but the photos he posted himself show 4 fruit varieties: banana, apple, grape and papaya, I believe few small inns like ours and 4 varieties of fruit.
As for the power of the water in the bathroom, I regret such a lack of information, the Serra de São Bento has been suffering from the worst drought in the last 20 years, we supply the Ranch with a water truck due to the great shortage of water in the region, and each cottage has its own box. water, our shower is quite big, and because it's a water tank it can't get the water down as hard as it is when you have running water.
As for employees at night, it is regrettable that he was so unhappy, our caretaker's house is literally opposite the cottages and he is on site 24 hours a day, and if the guest needs something, just call Valmir.
As far as the road is made of clay, yes, and the 6kms that separate the center of the city from Rancho are the 5 signposts placed by us, indicating the way to Rancho.
As for robberies, the news surprises me, considering that there has been practically no robbery in the region for over 3 years, this statistic can be easily proven by data from the military police, Serra de São Bento is one of the places in RN with lower burglary rates, the proof is the countless inns that don't even have a wall and that haven't registered any robbery in the last 3 years, it's a pity that anyone thinks they have the right to post false news on a website, I'm immensely sorry, but seeing the other reviews, Adriano's really contradicts all the others.

Sugiro que quem for se hospedar vá durante o dia pois o acesso é muito ruim. Estrada de barro sem sinalização e sem iluminação. Somente os faróis do carro. Além de ser muito perigoso. Segundo informações do frentista do posto de gasolina logo ao iniciar a Estarda de barro falou que na houveram vários assaltos.
No hotel não há uma recepção. Não há sinalização alguma. Achamos um funcionário do restaurante que é o mesmo que entrega as chaves do quarto. O restaurante só funciona para café da manhã e almoço. Não abre para jantar.
Outra coisa inusitada é o fato de não haver funcionários no Hotel no período da noite. ??????? . Se precisar de qualquer coisa tem de retornar a cidade. Se for emergência tem de pedir ajuda a algum outro hóspede. Segurança zero.
O café da manhã bem simples. Até abaixo do esperado pelo valor da diária. Tive a oportunidade de ver o preço dos produtos na embalagem dos iogurtes. Sem muitas opções de frutas. Alguns itens pode-se pedir ao funcionário como ovos mexidos, tapioca e misto.
Os quartos são bons. O banheiro bem espaçoso. Tem até uma churrasqueira na varanda. O chuveiro elétrico tem uma baixo fluxo de água não sendo aquele banho com ducha forte. Não tem guarda roupa no quarto. As roupas ficam na mala mesmo.
A paisagem é muita bonita. Tem vários passeios de aventura e os pouquíssimo funcionários do Hotel são bem atenciosos e cordiais.
