Isso e uma boa organização podem sim fazer toda a diferença, até mesmo para os comerciantes do local, que certamente também esperam essa atenção. Nota regular, porque para a estrutura ser ruim, precisa ainda melhorar muito.

Sem contar do mal cheiro. As autoridades políticas locais deveriam valorizar mais os mercados públicos de João Pessoa!
