★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato hj para saber a respeito de uma promoção. Fui super mal atendida. Homem sem educação e sem paciência. Mal respondia minhas perguntas. Até parecia que estava devendo algo .totalmente desconfiado. Ainda bem que existem outras lojas na vila formosa. Cuidado amigo. Pra vc nao ser mais um nas estatísticas de comerciantes que fecham as portas!!
 I contacted hj to know about a promotion. I was very poorly attended. Man without education and without patience. He barely answered my questions. It even seemed that he owed something .totally suspicious. Thankfully, there are other stores in Vila Formosa. Careful friend. For you not to be one more in the statistics of traders that close the doors !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta loja hoje 07/11/2017, local fui ver panelas avulsas Erilar, porém estavam todas envelopadas e havia uma Placa "Abriu Pagou"
Fui até o balcão e inconformado perguntei,---Quer dizer que Eu não posso abrir de acordo com essa placa "grosseira e Mal educada" ---Vocês não conhece a lei não ? Não sabem que são obrigados a deixar um produto exposto para o cliente !!! Quando se falou em código de defesa do consumidor do ministério público todas as vendedoras se voltaram contra mim, achando que Eu estava semsendo desleal e intolerante e mais ainda que Eu estava errado...Ai uma espertinha viu que uma estava com o plástico rasgado e disse ...olha que tem uma aberta, mas não estava escava com o plástico rasgado e não a exposição, quando estava saindo uma atendente me jogou uma vasilha de plástico que pra me defender aparei com o pé. E DEIXEI MINHA RECLAMAÇÃO,
*TODA LOJA TEM QUE DEIXAR UM PRODUTO DE CADA EM EXPOSIÇÃO, PARA QUE O CLIENTE POSSA VER E ANALISAR O QUE ESTA COMPRANDO. ---LOJA RANIA STORE--- FUI MAL TRATADO NO QUE DIZ RESPEITO A LEI DO CDC-MP-SP.NÃO RECOMENDO,GENTE GROSSEIRA MAL EDUCADA.
I was at this store today 07/11/2017, local I went to see Erilar spare pots, but they were all wrapped and there was a "Opened Paid" Sign
I went to the counter and I didn't like it, I asked, --- You mean I can't open it according to this "rude and rude" sign --- You don't know the law? They do not know that they are obliged to leave a product exposed to the customer !!! When it came to the consumer protection code of the public prosecutor, all the salespeople turned against me, thinking that I was always disloyal and intolerant and even more that I was wrong ... he said ... look, there is an open one, but I wasn’t digging with the torn plastic and not the exhibition, when an attendant was leaving, he threw me a plastic bowl that I defended with my foot. AND I LEFT MY COMPLAINT,
* EVERY STORE HAS TO LEAVE ONE EACH PRODUCT ON EXHIBITION, SO THE CUSTOMER CAN SEE AND ANALYZE WHAT HE IS PURCHASING. --- STORE RANIA STORE --- I WAS MISALLY TREATED WITH REGARD TO THE LAW OF THE CDC-MP-SP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THOUGHT EARLY EDUCATED PEOPLE.
