Fechei meu pedido em junho 2021 e estou esperando até agora a instalação e entrega das minhas pedras que não foi barato não ! Gastei 44 mil reais para me falarem que estão dentro do prazo ? Um joga pro outro ! Vendedor manda eu falar com a logística e a logística manda eu falar com o vendedor ! Me prometeram instalação dia 17/11 ! Impossível eu aceitar uma condição dessa pois são 5 meses esperando ! Meus móveis estão parados pois precisam da instalação das pedras para realizar as medidas e produção dos mesmos ! A gente se programa e infelizmente dizem que estão seguindo o contrato e nada a fazer para ganhar o cliente ! Sou empresário e o mínimo que exijo é atendimento perfeito e sempre comprometimento com os prazos aos meus clientes ! Fui indicado pelo meu arquiteto e infelizmente muito decepcionado! Não indico !!
