Cheguei no dia para pegar o carro, não tinha carro quando fui olhar o app para mostrar que tinha feito a reserva, a reserva está cancelada. Péssimo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Graças a Deus a AMERICA RENT CAR me salvou. Fui faltando 20 minutos para fechar a loja e eles conseguiram me arrumar um carro que estava perfeito e cheiroso.
I made a reservation through the app a week before the holiday. I arrived on the day to get the car, there was no car when I went to look at the app to show that I had made the reservation, the reservation is canceled. Terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. Thank God AMERICA RENT CAR saved me. I was missing 20 minutes to close the store and they managed to get me a car that was perfect and smelling.
