Pedi para realizarem o serviço em minha impressora. Paguei.
Depois de um mês de uso. Pronto, ladeira a baixo. Eu não consigo usar minha impressora porque só dá erro.
Perco horas tentando ajudar junto os vídeos no YouTube e nada.
Respondeu a resposta de empresa. NUNCA foi dito que a impressora apresentaria problemas posteriores devido as adequações.
NUNCA foi dito pela empresa que havia algo a ser limpo por desgaste.
NUNCA foi dito pela empresa, nem por via ORAL ou ELETRÔNICA.
Não fui levar a impressora pois já estava quase acabando o período de "quarantia" e a mesma continuou apresentando problemas e continua até hoje.
Ou seja, com o próximo cliente, avise que vai dar problema corriqueiramente após o período de garantia!
DO NOT book your printer!
I asked them to perform the service on my printer. I paid.

The company has NEVER said that there was something to be cleaned for wear.
It was NEVER said by the company, neither by ORAL or ELECTRONIC route.
I did not go to take the printer because the "quarantine" period was almost over and it continued to have problems and continues today.
In other words, with the next customer, let them know that they are going to have a problem after the warranty period!
