★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário Luiz foi indelicado. Meu pedido veio errado, perguntei (antes de fazer o pedido) se tinha a promoção de 39,90 com refrigerante. Após entregarem o sabor estava errado, mas aceitei, daí buzinaram de novo na minha porta cobrando outro valor (um a mais) por causa do refrigerante. Foi uma ligação de 40 minutos discutindo com o atendente e ele sendo mal educado, grosseiro e dizendo que a culpa era minha. Depois mudaram o discurso dizendo que era culpa do motoboy, uma enrolação e grosseira. Pedia todo fim de semana pelo menos 2 pizza e me trataram de forma horrível. Não sabem atendem e muito menos cativar um cliente, falta de profissionalismo, um comércio amador que por mim fecharia hoje!
Employee Luiz was impolite. My order came wrong, I asked (before placing the order) if there was a 39.90 promotion with soda. After delivering the flavor it was wrong, but I accepted, then they honked again at my door charging another amount (one more) because of the soda. It was a 40-minute call arguing with the operator and him being rude, rude and saying it was my fault. Then they changed the speech saying that it was the motoboy's fault, a coarse and rambling. Every weekend I ordered at least 2 pizzas and they treated me horribly. They don't know how to serve, let alone captivate a client, lack of professionalism, an amateur business that I would close today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo whatsapp, falaram 40.minutos e eu tô esperando a 1:30 e nada de me darem uma satisfação quando perguntei se já tinha saído visualizaram e não responderam , quando responderam disseram que já tinha saído e que o motoqueiro saio com mais de uma entrega por isso a demora e nem desculpa pediram

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood onde o tempo de espera era de 50 minutos. Após passado esse tempo entrei em contato e disseram que is chegar em breve. Após duas horas de espera e muita enrolação cancelei o pedido.
