★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles Tentam adivinhar o defeito ...levei o carro três vezes pra arrumar um vazamento...Na primeira vez era um problema ,na segunda vez refizeram o trabalho e na terceira o fazemento ja era em outro local ...ou seja nao resolveram o problema ficaram tentando adivinha qual poderia ser o problema ...entregaram o carro fora do prazo combinado
They try to guess the defect ... I took the car three times to fix a leak ... The first time it was a problem, the second time they did the job again and the third time it was already in another place ... the problem was trying to guess what the problem might be ... they delivered the car after the agreed deadline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a 15 anos. Mas infelizmente a qualidade e eficiência do serviço tem caído. O local de atendimento não tem sido ideal pela qtidade de clientes que eles atendem. Não fazem jus ao nome : “ Rapidão auto Center ( demoram no atendimento) . Recentemente Trocaram filtro de combustível de meu veículo e quando cheguei na garagem de casa o combustível estava vazando. Isso nunca tinha acontecido. Tomara que melhorem!
I have been a customer for 15 years. But unfortunately the quality and efficiency of the service has dropped. The service location has not been ideal due to the number of customers they serve. They don't live up to the name: “Rapidão auto Center (they take time to attend) . My vehicle's fuel filter was recently changed and when I got to my garage at home the fuel was leaking. That had never happened. I hope they get better!
