Vocês transportam produtos, não são os donos. Estava tudo correto, a solicitação junto a empresa que enviou e a liberação e vocês simplesmente se fizeram de doidos mesmo depois de eu ter marcado com vocês um dia antes!! Vou procurar meus direitos, me aguardem.

Primeira transportadora que é me enviado encomenda e chega no centro de distribuição perto do meu bairro por sinal, e demora diass pra eles colocarem em rota pra entregar, e como eu precisava muito da encomenda ainda liguei para ir buscar lá e disseram que eu não podia como destinatário.
Péssimo atendimento, sem agilidade nenhuma.
Zero quality in delivery efficiency.
First carrier that sends me the order and it arrives at the distribution center near my neighborhood, by the way, and it takes days for them to put it on the route to deliver, and as I really needed the order, I still called to pick it up there and they said I couldn't as recipient.
Poor service, no speed at all.
