★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de hoje não ser mais chamado de Rapidão Cometa, e sim Fedex, gostei da forma de atendimento deles, a segurança em entregar uma mercadoria, liberação tudo para manter a confiabilidade de seus clientes.
In spite of today not being called Rapidão Cometa, but Fedex, I liked their service, the security in delivering a merchandise, releasing everything to maintain the reliability of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o serviço, inacreditável que não tenha nenhum funcionário que possa dar uma previsão de entrega. Foi essa resposta que a atendente me deu, nunca vi nada parecido na vida !! Agora a Jadlog perdeu o posto de pior transportadora para FEDEX Aracaju.
The service is very bad, unbelievable that there is no employee who can give a delivery forecast. It was this answer that the attendant gave me, I have never seen anything like it in my life !! Now Jadlog has lost the rank of worst carrier to FEDEX Aracaju.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria Se chamar LenTEX, sinceramente estou com uma encomenda para a capital aracaju onde fica o armazém, desde quinta feira passada hoje já e segunda e nada de entregarem, acredito que estejam guardando pra eles, você pode ate reclamar dos correios mas isso se não conhecer essa empresa... atendimento nota zero, telefone ninguem atende, e pra retirar um pacote no armazém pra não esperar a demora deles na entrega você tem praticamente que fazer um testamento, e escritura.... não recomendo inclusive parei de fazer negócios com a empresa que me enviava por esta transportadora...

Da recepção a entrega, entregador super gentil muitas vezes não ouvi ele me chama e de repente abria a porta e ele tava lá me esperando para fazer a entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha encomenda era pra chegar dia 15/06/2020 hoje ja são 25/06/2020, ainda não chegou, quabdo ligo ninguém me atende, e consta no sisitema que entregaram dia 16 porém não existe conprovante. Péssimo! Só entregam com atraso e não dão nem uma satisfação, isso é muita falta de respeito com o consumidor. Desrespeito total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento estou com dois produtos pra chegar e eles colocam no rastreamento que tá chegando e nada já tem 5 dias que saiu de Aracaju e minha casa fica a umas 3 horas de Aracaju e nada de chegar entrei em contato com o mercado livre e mim falaram que ia atrasar mesmo assim eles ainda não mudaram o status da entrega é uma vergonha enganadores
