I liked the new virtual voucher system. I always buy the ticket on the internet, now I do not need to go to the cashier to print the ticket. I thought it was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor.... INFELIZMENTE a viagem que estou fazendo no momento é com um motorista EXTREMAMENTE MAL EDUCADO, MAL HUMORADO, AGRESSIVO NO TRÂNSITO esquecendo-se que além dele, carrega muitas outras VIDAS QUE *PAGARAM* para usufruir de uma viagem com SEGURANÇA e TRANQUILIDADE.
It was better .... Unfortunately the trip I am taking at the moment is with a driver EXTREMELY EDUCATED, EVIL HUMORED, AGGRESSIVE IN TRAFFIC forgetting that besides it, carries many other LIVES * PAID * to enjoy a trip with SAFETY AND QUIET.

Horrível. Serviço de péssima qualidade porque monopolizam o serviço. Por enquanto. LEVARE está sendo ótima opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que comecei a viajar pela companhia para Ribeirão Preto, ela molhorou muito na venda de passagens, antes você comprava a passagem pelo site e tinha que imprimir na rodoviária, eu que não adiantava muito o expediente, então eles passaram a permitir que o cliente imprimisse a passagem pela internet, mas ainda tinha o inconveniente de ter que imprimir, porém a mais ou menos 2 meses dispensaram a impressão ??????????... Agora é só mostrar o bilhete comprado na tela do celular e o documento de identidade ??!!! Parabéns RÁPIDO RIBEIRÃO, pra ficar melhor, agora só FALTA criar o APLICATIVO e colocar nos ônibus um Wi-Fi que realmente funcione?. Mas como passageira agradeço as facilidades para a compra das passagens ????????????????
