★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconformado com a lotação máxima em plena pandemia!!! A empresa deveria pensar na atual circunstância atípica que estamos vivenciando, e colocar um distanciamento de cadeiras mesmo que isso acarretasse valores superiores ao normal!
 Not satisfied with the maximum capacity in the middle of a pandemic !!! The company should think about the current atypical circumstance that we are experiencing, and put a distance from chairs even if this would result in values higher than normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problemão sério com a Rápido RP, na quinta feira dia 29 de Setembro, comprei uma passagem (trecho) de Ribeirão Preto para SP, sendo que, meu embarque seria em Porto Ferreira na via Anhanguera, SOLICITEI ao vendedor para o dia 01 Outubro sábado, (tranquilidade) as 16:30h, pois tinha de retornar a SP, para votar e na segunda de manhã trabalhar, por descuido ou engano o vendedor que já o conheço a anos, emitiu para o dia 30/09 as 16:30h sexta feira, e eu não percebi, quando fui embarcar no sábado dia 01/10 como era o previsto o Motorista quando parou o ônibus, conferiu a passagem e viu a falha, depois de muito dialogar ele ligou pra empresa queNÃO autorizou meu embarque, nem mesmo eu dizendo que quando chegasse no Posto em Limeira sacaria e pagaria, pois naquele momento não dispunha da quantia, ele através da Empresa se recusou, se não fosse 01 casal que estavam esperando o ônibus tb e somente ela seguira viagem e o marido dela que nunca nos vimos ter me pagado, eu teria ficado na pista o que me iria gerar um transtorno maior, mas AINDA existe pessoas boas neste mudo, quando o ônibus parou no Posto, fui no Caixa Eletrônico, saquei a grana e entreguei a senhora o valor de R$ 82.20 centavos, Dias depois liguei pra viação RP e esclareci os fatos, pois havia pago -2 passagens, pelo mesmo trecho, disseram que iriam me reembolsar, mandar esclarecimentos por e-mail, to esperando até hoje??? mas com certeza não viajo mais com a RP ou com a Cometa, o motorista não tem culpa, cumpri ordens, nem tanto pela grana, mas pelo constrangimento e o descaso, por parte dessa Empresa, utilizava sim, por ser praticamente direto, com -1 parada apenas mas já não oferece mais um conforto em seus ônibus, como antes.
