O tênis que eu queria não tinha na loja e ele pesquisou que na loja da Penha tinha o tênis e prontamente chamou o Vendedor Nelson ,que me deu toda atenção e buscou o Tênis na outra loja. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 09/09/20 no horário 13:40 fui na loja Raquel calçados de Madureira, atendida por uma vendedora e o gerente por qual não sei o nome. o chinelo da cartago estava na vitrine por R$60,00 e quando a vendedora passou na máquina saiu por R$80,00, reclamei questionei.... E explicaram que a referencia era diferente, falei que eles estão errados, pois o modelo era igual não tinha nada de diferente e eu como consumidora tinha que levar o chinelo pelo preço que esta na vitrine..... enfim não me venderam.... e eu questiono, a lei do consumidor não existe para Raquel calçados?

On 09/09/20 at 1:40 pm I went to the Raquel Calçados store in Madureira, attended by a salesperson and the manager by whom I don't know the name. the cartago slipper was in the window for R $ 60.00 and when the saleswoman passed the machine it came for R $ 80.00, I complained I asked .... And they explained that the reference was different, I said they are wrong, because the model there was nothing different and I, as a consumer, had to take the slipper for the price that is on the window ..... finally they did not sell me .... and I question, does the consumer law not exist for Raquel Calçados?
