★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood é no fim do pedido agente faz uma avaliação do pedido, coloquei 2 estrelas pelo fato do meu pedido ser muito pequeno o pão parecia que era para 1 criança comer, a batata estava fria até aí tudo bem..
Apos isso recebi uma mensagem do estabelecimento sobre a minha avaliação falando que me atendeu fora da área de atendimento que ganhei pela insistência!!
Em momento algum fiquei insistindo para fazer a entrega. O estabelecimento estava disponível no ifood, isso é uma falta de respeito com cliente não pedi nada de graça nem fiquei insistindo nada eu paguei pelo lanche apenas fiz uma avaliação do lanche que recebi. Estava pequeno mesmo é sobre a batata nem tinha questionado. Não recomendo ninguém a pedir nada neste lugar ?
I made an order for ifood and at the end of the order, we evaluate the order, I placed 2 stars because my order was too small, the bread looked like it was for 1 child to eat, the potato was cold so far so good ..
After that I received a message from the establishment about my evaluation saying that he served me outside the service area that I won for insisting !!
I never insisted on making the delivery. The establishment was available at ifood, this is a lack of respect with the client, I didn't ask for anything for free nor was I insisting on anything. I paid for the snack, I just did an evaluation of the snack I received. It was really small, it's not even a question about the potato. I don't recommend anyone asking for anything in this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha dica é: evite o delivery. Hoje pela segunda vez um dos lanches veio sem batata. Informei à lanchonete e me disseram que tinham processado o pedido errado que eu teria de pagar mais 7 reais pra eles levarem a batata. Recusei. Foi bem constrangedor, porque eu fiz o pedido para outra pessoa e ficou parecendo que o erro foi meu.
My tip is: avoid delivery. Today for the second time one of the snacks came without potatoes. I informed the cafeteria and they told me that they had processed the wrong order that I would have to pay another 7 reais for them to take the potato. I refused. It was pretty embarrassing, because I ordered someone else and it looked like it was my mistake.
