O preço por sua vez é bem acessível, o que não é desculpa para a falta de atenção dos funcionários ou capricho nos lanches. Vale a pena visitar se o bolso está curto, mas há outras opções mais interessantes caso possa esbanjar um pouco mais.
 Typical regional treatment: come and ask and maybe we'll give you a smile after paying. The food is well prepared, but nothing more than normal. The price in turn is very affordable, which is no excuse for the lack of attention from employees or caprice in snacks. It is worth visiting if your pocket is short, but there are other more interesting options if you can spend a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido, esperei por 2h a entrega ser feita, o restaurante deu como entregue sem ter entregado o meu pedido. Nunca tinha tido experiência pior com um "restaurante" no ifood antes. Tentei ligar, mandei mensagem e nada. Não atendem, não dão nenhum retorno ou satisfação ao cliente. Total descaso. Nesse lugar eu não passo nem na porta mais.
I placed the order, waited for 2 hours for delivery to be made, the restaurant took delivery without having delivered my order. I have never had a worse experience with a "restaurant" at ifood before. I tried to call, texted and nothing. They do not answer, do not give any feedback or satisfaction to the customer. Total neglect. In this place, I don't even pass the door anymore.

I have been a customer for a long time and I have always been very well attended. We really like the sandwiches we order weekly. We had a special treat when we placed an order to celebrate my wife's birthday. I recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento e retorno ao cliente. Você pede, não te respondem se o pedido está feito, não te dão o valor, o prazo, nada. Aí o lanche chega na sua casa, depois de 90min, frio, errado. Você liga de volta pra relatar o erro, desliga na sua cara. Agora você já está com um lanche frio e errado. Já pagou e não sabe se ou quando vai ser resolvido.
Muito obrigado por nada. No mínimo um desconto pela péssima experiência que terei pelo lanche frio.
The worst customer service and return. You ask, they don't answer if the request is made, they don't give you the amount, the deadline, nothing. Then the snack arrives at your house, after 90 minutes, cold, wrong. You call back to report the error, hang up on your face. Now you have a cold and wrong snack. You have already paid and do not know if or when it will be resolved.
Thank you very much for nothing. At least a discount for the bad experience I will have for the cold snack.

Realizei um pedido hoje, 01/08 às 20h. Aguardei até às 22h e fiz diversas reclamações da demora.
O status do pedido foi mudado para "saiu para entrega" e obviamente o pedido nunca chegou. Simplesmente cancelaram sem dar nenhuma satisfação ao cliente e sequer atendem o telefone.
Péssimo, não peçam!
Terrible attendance.
I placed an order today, 01/08 at 8pm. I waited until 10 pm and made several complaints about the delay.
The order status was changed to "out for delivery" and obviously the order never arrived. They simply canceled without giving any customer satisfaction and don't even answer the phone.
Bad, don't ask!
