★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi a primeira vez que consumi o lanche do Raroos. Experiência nota 1000. Vou pedir sempre. Fazia tempo que não comia um fast food gostoso assim e com o aspecto de limpo. Meu marido tb gostou mt. Pedi um hambúrguer c anel de cebola e o mesmo veio crocante. A batata frita muito gostosa. Crocante e saborosa. Bem coloquei sal etc. Virei cliente. Que Deus abençoe o trabalho de vocês.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido as 23:03, me informaram que o tempo de entrega seria de 50 minutos a 1 hora. Desde então esperei o tempo que me informaram e quando completou exatamente 1 hora, mandei uma mensagem para verificar se o pedido havia saído e fui informada que sim, porém ainda demorou mais 40 minutos e o lanche não chegou. Acho uma falta de educação com o cliente o descaso na entrega.
I placed an order at 23:03, I was told the delivery time would be 50 minutes to 1 hour. Since then I waited as long as they informed me and when it completed exactly 1 hour, I sent a message to check if the order had left and I was informed that it had, but it still took another 40 minutes and the snack did not arrive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é muito bom, muito gostoso. Porém a entrega a péssima, as vezes que eu pedi demorou mais de uma hora pra chegar, e olha que moro perto da loja. Hoje mesmo, fiz um pedido as 19:47, deu 21: 40 e não chegou. Então cancelei. E o pior é que se você não perguntar, eles não dão satisfação. Desisto do Raroos.... infelizmente, pois é muito gostoso.
